Girls Getaway
The view is beautiful, the place was clean and the beds were comfy. We did do some work on our laptops while there, and the glass table and wood chairs did make us a bit sore (we’re getting older so we bruise more easily 😂), but otherwise it was a relaxing getaway, just what was needed.

Gulf Dunes 416: Absolutely Perfect
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 2nd stay at Gulf Dunes (through Brooks and Shorey) and it was absolutely fantastic. We love the location, the views and the people of Brooks and Shorey are very professional, helpful and friendly. The condo was in great condition, beds comfortable and clean.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo is in need of repairs. Toilet in guest bathroom runs all the time. Refrigerator has many broken parts. Burners on stove tilt. Deck furniture is in poor shape. Tiles are broken or coming up off floor in master bath

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We travel to Okaloosa Island every year and stayed in many units. We always use Brooks &Shorey for booking. It is always a great experience. This unit was very basic, but nice enough. It had several maintenance issues and definitely needed a deep, ceiling to floor cleaning, but the beds were comfortable and as always, the view was amazing.
