Come enjoy our chic 2 bedroom/2 full bath beach bungalow located right across one of the best beaches in Miami Beach. This is a fantastic location in a well maintained property with affordable rates.

Our convenient location is just 1 block from the beach! We are located across the street from the beautiful North Beach park in Miami Beach, which offers an amazing stretch of white sandy beach, boardwalk, shaded trees, Picnic areas with BBQ grills and bathroom facilities (a true beach lovers paradise!).

There are many wonderful restaurants, bars, outdoor cafes and shops within walking distance. And the infamous South Beach nightlife is just a short 10 minute drive away.

The unit offers 2 Bedrooms with 2 Queen beds plus 1 Twin bed in a large master bedroom (sleeps 5), and a Full bed in the 2nd junior bedroom. We also offer 2 queen size sofa beds in the living room- making this an ideal place for families and groups of friends.

The unit comes fully equipped with full kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, central AC, Cable TV, Wifi, linens and towels, beach towels, beach cooler, beach umbrella, shared outdoor seating area with BBQ grill, and coin washer/dryer and free parking for 2 cars.

The best weekend in Miami thanks to Playasol!

Would like to express how amazing our trip was thanks to you and your staff. The apartment was just perfect for our group of seven and the bride couldn't have been happier with her bachelorette weekend in MIA. Great location, awesome space, so comfortable, and everything was just so convenient for us. We ended up spending a lot more time in the apartment than out and about because it was just so cozy and our little parties were way more fun than any club. Myself and the rest of the group were so impressed with impeccable customer service and flexibility. A SUPER early check-in and late check out were the cherry on top!

Thank you so much Playasol!! WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Great vacation rental for families

My family spent a wonderful month in this beachhouse between February and March 2015. We have two little children (a baby and a 3 year old) and both the set-up of the house as well as its location were perfect for us. There are two bedrooms (a big one and a small one) as well as a living room, in which one of our sons slept.

We didn’t use the balcony a lot, as it is facing Harding Av., but we spent a lot of time in the common area in the yard, which is quiet and offers shade. It’s fenced so our son could play safely.

Without a question the biggest plus of the house is its proximity to north shore beach park and the beautiful (!) beach, just across the street. There is a nice playground in the park as well. The area is much more calm and peaceful than south Miami beach. It’s mainly residential and there are no bigger hotels around or at the beach.

10 minutes south of the apartment there are a couple of shops like Walgreens and CVS and a bit further south a big supermarket (Publix), all in walking distance.

As we stayed for a whole month we did cook for ourselves from time to time and one thing that could be improved a little bit is the equipment in the kitchen. No big deal, but a new set of pans, cutting boards and kitchenware would help a lot. The dishwasher, oven and microwave all worked well.

One time we had a problem with the dryer, which is located outside of the house, and someone came to fix it the same day. The management was very professional and prompt in the way they provided us with the information we needed.

All in all a great vacation and we definitely plan to come back!

Good location, clean, affordable but a few drawbacks - on a noisy street

We are regular VRBO users and this was not our favorite property. It is a good price and the location by the beach is convenient. The biggest problem with this property is constant traffic noise from Harding Avenue, a main thoroughfare running south from Bal Harbour to Miami Beach. Think of the affordability of the space as the "Harding Avenue" discount. If you don't mind traffic noise (and light from the street) the place is pretty good and as described. The kitchen is functional, but does have the bare minimum for cooking (no colander to drain pasta!). We stayed a week and found the space mostly comfortable and functional. It is okay for the price

Owner's Response: Thank you for your feedback. Yes, the Beach Bungalow is located on a main avenue that runs parallel to Collins Ave, the street that separates the beach from the residences. But this is exact advantage of this location - as you're literally just 1 block away from the beach - which is the reason why we love this property so much, because of its proximity to the beautiful beach area. It should be noted that the bedrooms do not face the traffic but are located towards the quiet side street. At the time of your review, we had not yet installed the new Hurricane Impact windows, which now completely lessen the street noise. We have also installed "black out" shades on the bedroom that faces the street light, but that is also no longer an issue. We are glad that you found our property comfortable, clean and well priced. Cute beach house!

This house comfortably accommodate our group of 6 adults and 1 baby. Although not spacious, it has everything you need and more.

Pros: 5 minutes walking distance to the North Shore beach which is beautiful; owner provides beach chairs and umbrella; one private parking space which is critical in Miami where you have to pay to park; fully equip kitchen that enable us to cook full meals while staying here; outdoor patio that are share with other units but was all ours during our stay; outdoor shower next to the parking for when you come back from the beach. Decor is very mod and bright.

Cons: It was really hard to get in touch with the owner during our 3 nights staying there when we have plumbing issues. We would feel better if someone do a walk through upon checking out so there will be no surprises charges. One of the queen bed in the master is annoyingly place directly at the window, which is directly shine thru by the street light, we have to use one of the comfortable as a curtain for it was too bright for us to sleep. I would suggest relocating the bed away from the window or replace the sheer curtain.

I would recommend this to anyone but suggest that the owner meet the guest upon arrival to ensure everything is in good condition and answer any questions that they may have.

As you mentioned, it is nice to just be able to walk to be beach but also nice to have the flexibility of renting a car with your own private parking space, which is a huge commodity in Miami Beach. Our tenants that stay for longer periods really appreciate this! You communicated with us that you had a plumbing issue - which was a water pressure problem at one of the showers. Regretfully the problem could not be resolved during your short 3 day stay since this would have meant interruption of water service for a full day while we put in brand new piping. We waited for the property to become vacant and since have replaced the piping that feeds the showers and have restored full water pressure. We always strive to resolve any maintenance issues right away for the full comfort of our guests. Again, our goal is to provide you with the best experience possible while staying with us. Truly a great stay !!

I normally would not write a review - who has the time really. This property was exactly as described and seen in pics. The stunning beach just a block away was fantastic for my family and the free private parking was awesome!! The apartment was stocked to the last detail and spotless. The location is walking distance to bars / restaurants / shops. Thank You again and I will definitely recommend your property to others.

I normally would not write a review after a stay, being that you just don't find the time it seems. I had to make an exception and write the owner for accommodating my family in your Beach Bungalow. It is completely true to your description and photos. The private parking was excellent, be it we drove in from Nashville. The proximity to the Gorgeous white sandy beach , just one block, made it a daily routine !!!

A ++ on apartment cleanliness, completely stocked kitchen and beach gear, LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION

I would definitely recommend and hope to be back.
