The house was recently remodeled with a relaxing modern beach theme. The kitchen, master bedroom with en suite bathroom, second floor bathroom and front deck are all new. There is plenty of room for 6 people with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room, family room, and kitchen. The master bedroom has a queen bed with two twins in each of the other bedrooms. There is a shady backyard with a patio and views to Wiggly Bridge and a large front porch with both sitting and eating areas.
Please note a Saturday turnover with a 7 day rental is required in the summer.
York is a popular beach community with history, charm and accessibility. First settled in 1624 and the first incorporated city in America, the area offers a myriad of fun things to do including relaxing on the beach, fishing, sightseeing and shopping. It is home to the John Hancock Wharf and Mark Twain's Summer home and is an area which still has architectural examples from the Gilded Age, particularly the Shingle style.
