About Jason Kapoor
Love to cook and host and enjoy the company of friends and family
Jason Kapoor purchased this Townhome in 2012
Why Jason Kapoor chose Flatiron District
This is a beautiful turn of the century brownstone. It is located in the heart of New York City and when not rented, we love to host family and friends for a get together. It is ideally located near everything wonderful that New York has to offer. It is a great place for people to reconnect with family and have a home away from home.
What makes this Townhome unique
The brownstone has a full kitchen, washer dryer, dishwasher, hot tub, sauna, several televisions with cable and free internet.

Best location one could want!
This Brownstone is located in Murray Hill (aka Curry Hill) and it is charming location. There are three subway lines within an easy walk - Trader Joe's is just a few blocks away - and there are great neighborhood eateries. The home is clean, spacious, and quiet. It is easy to feel at home and enjoy your NYC experience.
We will be back!
Perfect location, plenty of room. Only complaint was not enough pillows and couldn’t find enough sheets for the beds. We made it all work and were happy with the accommodations. Close to subway, and it makes you feel like a real New Yorker staying here! Coming back in December and hope this place is available! Just hope for more pillows.
Jason was great to plan with. He has very accommodating as I travelled with 8 high school females. I felt safe in the neighborhood and home as there are two locks (one on the exterior and one on the interior door). Trader Joe's and metros were both within manageable walking distance. Everything was clean and had plenty of space for all 10 of us! The pictures do not do justice for the location and space. Thank you!
Fantastic location everything we needed
We had Xmas New Year in New York great stay. Jason very helpful with booking.
Brownstone could do with an update in main bathroom and new laundry but very minor. Jason or Will to check shower leakage in main bathroom.. Our family just loved it everything on doorstep lots of eateries and can walk to many attractions. Subway right near was fantastic. Had two weeks. Would come back and stay again.
Spacious in great location. Has everything you need.
Beautiful and spacious. Plenty of room for two families of 4. Great location and neighborhood. House was fully stocked with everything we needed. Nicely furnished and clean. Would definitely stay again!
All eight of us loved the apartment
We were 4 mothers and 4 daughters ranging from the age of 38-74. We had everything we needed and plenty of room for sleeping and able to spread out into groups or all hang out together. Sitting on the back balconies was quiet and peaceful and we were walking distance to everything. Jason answered every question we had within a short time and allowed us to leave our suitcases after check out so that we could spend more time in the city the day we left. One of us left clothing in one of the draws and Jason found it and mailed it to us. I would definitely stay here again.
