About Patricia Johnson
Hi my name is Pat. I'm a nurse, and I love people. I've had the pleasure of meeting and conversating with so many different people around the country. We are all the same. I grew up in New Orleans and simply love it here. This city recieved a lot of negative press during Katrina, but the real story about New Orleanians are that we are unique and exciting. Sometimes, I'm amazed by the different cultures throughout the city. There are always something exciting to do here. We have two large parks, Audubon and City park, World War 2 museum, many Casinos, Aquarium of the Americas, and we can't forget our world famous Bourbon Street and much more. New Orleans have some of the best and restaurants and bars. Most remains open all night. The food here is amazing and the prices are extremely reasonable. Please come and enjoy our home and our city. You will not be bored or disappointed. Most major attractions are either 15 to 30mins away in either direction. I just love this city!!! And I know you will also.
Patricia Johnson purchased this House in 2008
Why Patricia Johnson chose Read Boulevard East
This a beautiful neighborhood. It's within walking distance to restaurants and parks. However, you really don't have to leave this property to have a great vacation. You can swim, fish, use outdoor kitchen, use exercise equipment, ride the bikes around the neighborhood or to the park. Each bedroom is equipped its own TV with DVD player and free Wi-Fi. However, when you want excitement just jump on I-10 and you are 10- 15mins from downtown New Orleans, or you can shop in a huge new shopping mall located 15 - 20 minutes away, In Slidell.
What makes this House unique
Swimming pool, exercise equipment, outdoor kitchen, lake, where you can fish. But most of all you can just enjoy the serenity of the view of the lake. Great family or couples get away. Also, the best host ever, me Ms. Pat lol.

Literally the most perfect place for any kind of group!
Ms. Pat was not only an incredible host for letting us stay in her home but It was the perfect setting for us to gather from all over the county and spend a weekend for the Jazz Fest and creating memories that will last us a lifetime. I sincerely appreciated the way she prepared the home, leaving us with food, welcome gifts, and all of the amenities we needed. From our perspective, it was a 10/10 experience and we cannot thank her enough for opening her home and allowing us to have it! The pictures online do not do it justice. You have to see the pure beauty in person. It’s only a 12 minute ride from Frenchman’s and Bourbon which is actually much better than being directly in the heart of the city. Trust me, you’ll be thankful. Do, location is perfect. The pool is at a perfect temp, hot tub was clean, the private deck on the water is out of a story book and large enough to have several people on it. Neighbors are chill. House is beyond clean is enormous! House also probably had the best air conditioning I’ve ever seen. Pool table got a lot of use and it was especially fun using the propane grill, the charcoal grill, smoker, and fire pit for cooking out and enjoying the outside. Also, ping pong table and cable on the TVs for all the kids was great!!!!!
our family really enjoyed our stay in east nola. the house was the perfect size for our family of 10.and it was so relaxing to get away from all the activity in nola. pat and ed were the perfect hosts.thanks so much.
It was a lovely home and it fit our needs.
The host Pat was exceptional and I would diffiently stay at her home again.
Amazing house with a great lake view and all the amenities you could think of
I had such a great experience at this home and with the homeowner. Upon arrival, Ms Pat greeted us with Chinese food, which was super nice and unexpected. She was very accommodating and answered all our questions. The house is right on the water with a beautiful view of the sunset and the pool has underwater lights which look great at night. There were towels, snacks, drinks, shampoo, bikes, TVs everywhere, pool table, ping pong table, slot machine, and many more little things that made our stay exceptional. Ms. Pat even got a champagne bottle and a card to congratulate me on my upcoming wedding. I highly recommend staying here!
Our entire party was very pleased and happy with our home away from home at Nola. Patricia is a wonderful and very hospitable host. The property is beautiful and spacious. Overlooking the lake is peaceful. Quiet neighborhood and Walmart is within walking distance. House is fully furnished and includes pool, grill, pool table, outside patio and chairs. Patricia had fruits, snacks and beverages to greet us with. Absolutely amazing host! Would plan a trip to stay at this beautiful home again.
Wonderful time in New Orleans
We had a wonderful time in New Orleans. The house was beautiful and fully stocked. We wanted for nothing, including towels for the pool. Pat and her family were wonderful hosts and were immediately responsive whenever I called with a question etc. On our first day it was raining. Pat had gone out and purchased Chinese food for all 10 of us so we wouldn't have to leave and go out in the rain. There were snacks, fruit and drinks in the kitchen as well. The house is conveniently located just 10 minutes from the French Quarter but away from all of the commotion. There is a Walmart close by for any shopping needed. Would stay again and recommend highly. Thank you Pat!
Thanks for your business. So happy you guys had a great time in our amazing city. You have a lovely family.
