Minutes to fabulous beaches this newly updated and renovated 3 bedroom condominium sleeps 6 very comfortably. It is located in a very quiet and beautifully maintained gated lush complex with 2 fabulous inground pools, a picnic & grill area, playground & gorgeous fountain pond . This unit is completely equipped with all the necessities that will make your stay feel like you're right at home. The kitchen is stocked and it includes all appliances. All bedrooms are spacious with plenty of closet space. There is a walkout to a screen covered balcony with a bbq grill & patio set for your outdoor enjoyment.
After a few minor glitches our stay was good. Property was secure and we felt safe. I would recommend this place to others
The month of February flew by while we enjoyed the condo in St Pete. The property is just as advertised. The furniture and kitchen are nothing fancy, but everything was clean and met our needs. The screened in balcony is very nice for dining, and an electric grill is also provided for your use. The owner was very helpful throughout the process, and he responded quickly to our request to address some minor maintenance issues. We felt perfectly secure in the gated community. We had one assigned parking space, and there are open spaces for guests. Note that the condo has pretty strict rules about screening tenants and requires guests to be registered. The condo is located right next to the major county cycling trail. It was very easy to get to our favorite beach (Ft De Soto) as well as a nice local park (Maximo), and I-275 can be readily accessed. A Publix supermarket is located just a block away. If you like a very casual seafood place, the Maximo Seafood Shack has a wonderful blackened grouper sandwich.
This is a great condo to use as a base to explore the St. Petersburg area! The condo is exactly as it looks on the pictures. The unit was very clean and well equipped for our extended stay! Loreto was very prompt in answering any questions that we had. Together with our family we made some wonderful memories here!
The place is great, updated features, nice decor and clean. The kitchen has all the necessary tools to cook a great meal.
Second floor unit is a bit dark, could use a few extra lights. There is plenty of room for a big family, lots of beds.
One evening our two little ones were running around making a lots of noise and the bottom resident came up and politely asked to please keep it down, so we did, the residents are nice.
Good communication with the landlord. We had one small issue with the AC and the landlord sent a maintenance person ASAP to fix the problem, no complaints.

This little gem packs a lot of punch! There are so many superlative words that could easily describe this place and I'm happy to share this with prospective renters/vacationers. First, the place is centrally located - 10 minutes to both the North & South fishing piers or Fort Desoto fishing pier (travelled with a bunch of fishing enthusiasts) - 90 or so minutes to kids magnet SeaWorld, Disney and Universal - 10 minutes to Fort Desoto Park with all sorts of nature trail for biking and walking, nice picnic areas with grills and running water, beach areas are great with well maintained and clean washrooms/shower rooms - 25 minutes to not so crowded and premium shopping at Ellenton Outlets - many WalMart to choose from - 5 minutes to St Joseph Catholic Church - 15 minutes to a couple of Asian markets, 30 minutes to Tampa with it's huge malls - 10 minutes to downtown St Pete's with it's gorgeous beaches, restaurants and eclectic shops and 1 minute to Publix groceries. Enough said about the location, the condo is amazing; just like the way you see in the photos.The unit is well kept and maintained. The place makes you feel it is your "home away from home." Cozy, Comfortable, Clean, Serene and Secure. The owner is very accommodating and helpful. Lastly, the price is stunningly affordable. That about sums up all the right adjectives that could best describe this place. Above and beyond what we expected it to be for a rental. What more could you ask?
