Wonderfull place to stay.
We had a great time. We were there for 2 months. Everything we needed was there for us. We fished almost every day. The pool was heated. The property was pristine. Soreto was readily available for anything we needed. We have already reserved for 2021. Our family came to visit and loved it.
Glad you enjoyed your stay. Yes, there’s plenty of great fishing in the area, my buddy and I were lucky enough to land a Tarpon last time we were out. You were an absolute pleasure to host.
Great quite place for family and greater community around
Loved the stay for my small family. I will say I am very satisfied and pleased with staying here and the greatest communication period.
It was a pleasure being your host. Thank you for taking care of our home as if it were your own.
excellent stay, everything was more then perfect
Loreto the owner is an extremely nice person, always available and helpful according his house or anything else.
you will feel that this is your house not a rented one. everything is available in the house .
Gated community is a plus, Clean house , furniture in very good condition, you can find a grill, umbrella, beach chairs (you can take them with you to the beach ), pool is 1 min walking, playground for the kids.
St Pete beach is 12min away, walmart 3min away, publix next door. everything you need is around.
if you want a perfect house in St petersburg or around this is the one.
will definitely stay again in this house whenever we come again in the area.
thank you Loreto.
Location was good. Beaches that are nearby were great.
After a few minor glitches our stay was good. Property was secure and we felt safe. I would recommend this place to others
Thank you for your review.
Very nice location, we thoroughly enjoyed the stay!
The month of February flew by while we enjoyed the condo in St Pete. The property is just as advertised. The furniture and kitchen are nothing fancy, but everything was clean and met our needs. The screened in balcony is very nice for dining, and an electric grill is also provided for your use. The owner was very helpful throughout the process, and he responded quickly to our request to address some minor maintenance issues. We felt perfectly secure in the gated community. We had one assigned parking space, and there are open spaces for guests. Note that the condo has pretty strict rules about screening tenants and requires guests to be registered. The condo is located right next to the major county cycling trail. It was very easy to get to our favorite beach (Ft De Soto) as well as a nice local park (Maximo), and I-275 can be readily accessed. A Publix supermarket is located just a block away. If you like a very casual seafood place, the Maximo Seafood Shack has a wonderful blackened grouper sandwich.
Lovely Quiet Condo
This is a great condo to use as a base to explore the St. Petersburg area! The condo is exactly as it looks on the pictures. The unit was very clean and well equipped for our extended stay! Loreto was very prompt in answering any questions that we had. Together with our family we made some wonderful memories here!
Along with beautiful beaches, St. Petersburg attracts visitors with the Salvador Dali Museum, Fort De Soto Park and the St. Petersburg Pier. The city, located close to Clearwater, is known for its warm weather and breezes that blow off Tampa Bay. The cosmopolitan city of St. Petersburg has long been known for its scenic bayfront. The longest stretch of undeveloped beach in the area is Pass-a-Grille Beach, tucked away at the southern tip of St. Pete Beach. Known for its lack of high-rises and chains, it has a distinct island vibe that attracts locals and visitors alike. Weather permitting, shuttle boats launch from the Merry Pier in Pass-a-Grille to nearby Shell Key, which is an unspoiled island accessible only by boat. Boat excursions from Fort De Soto Park ferry day visitors to Egmont Key, another nearby island that's mostly a wildlife refuge – keep an eye out for dolphins during the boat ride. Depart from Dolphin Landings Charter Boat Center for dolphin watches, island trips, fishing charters and sunset sails. In recent years, lively downtown St. Pete has also emerged as a hot spot for shopping, museums, dining, nightlife and entertainment. Up for some big league action? Head to air-conditioned Tropicana Field for some Major League Baseball, Florida style and watch the Tampa Bay Rays play. Downtown St. Pete offers a diverse range of restaurants, from the upscale, award-winning Marchand's Bar and Grill to the casually trendy and innovative Red Mesa Cantina. Dine outside on the scenic Beach Drive promenade at Cassis American Brasserie, Bella Brava New World Trattoria, Moon Under Water or 400 Beach Seafood & Tap House. For intimate settings, try tapas at Ceviche Tapas Bar & Restaurant, Mediterranean fare at The Garden Restaurant or brunch at Café Alma. A low-key, hidden oasis, Boyd Hill has nearly 4 miles of nature trails and boardwalks amid its 245 acres of pine flatwoods and swampy woodlands. Alligators, snowy egrets and bald eagles are among the wildlife you might see. With 361 days of sun a year and a full spectrum of things to see and do, the Sunshine City (as it’s nicknamed) is one of Florida’s most exciting destinations.
