This welcoming and fully furnished house sleeps 8 guests and is an exclusive one-of-a-kind gorgeous Mediterranean Villa, designed by world renown Architect Jose Luis Ezquerra.

Located in a small gated community. The convenience of the location makes it the perfect spot for shopping, relaxing, dinning, golfing, and more!

This is a great destination you will love for your next vacation or business trip just 7 miles north from the San Antonio International Airport, and less than 20 minutes from Fiesta Texas, La Cantera, North Star Mall, Alamo Quarry Market Shopping Mall, The Shops at The RIM, Downtown, the River walk, Museums and many easily accessible destinations and restaurants!

We would like to also share with you this Gorgeous Vacation Rental's Features and Accommodations:

BEDROOMS.

1st bedroom. Master bedroom (downstairs)

Master bedroom has a king size bed, a walk in closet, a separate shower and tub, double vanity and a separate toilet. There is a TV with cable service in the master bedroom.

2nd bedroom. 2 Double bed bedroom (up-stairs)

This second bedroom has two full-size beds, closet and a full bathroom right outside the room with shower and tub, toilet and vanity.

3rd bedroom. Queen-size bedroom (upstairs)

This third bedroom has a queen size bed and a full bathroom with shower and tub, toilet and vanity.

Studio or Family room (downstairs), has plenty of space and there is a TV with a DVD player, a chest of drawers, a small table that seats four person and a huge sofa in “L” shape.

BATHROOMS.

As we mentioned above, the property has 3 full bathrooms with vanity, shower and tub, and there is also a guest half-restroom downstairs next to the TV room.

SOCIAL AREAS.

LIVING ROOM.

The house has a cozy living room which has a décor fireplace, a wood celling fan, double high ceiling and a living room furniture set which has an individual, a love seat and a large sofa that can easily set seven people comfortably. In case additional seating is required, the living room is in an open space next to the dining room, so it is very easy to take and move any chair from one place to the other.

DINING ROOM.

The dining room has a vintage oval wood table that can seat eight people at a time. Both areas have a view to the patio.

PATIO.

The Patio area has a table with an umbrella that can seat 5 and a small grill.

KITCHEN.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the utensils that frequently are used; there are blender, toaster, flatware, cookware, plates, glasses and a variety of articles to make your stay comfortable including a dishwasher.

LAUNDRY ROOM.

The house is equipped with washer and dryer.

HOUSEKEEPING.

The house will be serviced once per week for stays of more than 5 nights at no cost to you, but if requested with anticipation, more frequent house keeping can be arranged at a cost.

Welcome Home!

We are the Soulayrac Family, and I am in the business development and investments field so I travel a lot. Since my children live with their mom, I decided to buy this house for the purpose of having a special place to share with them and while away renting it for vacationers that come to San Antonio.

Moncayo Dr. Vacation Rental is located in a charming and quiet gated community, and the house is in great conditions. All our guests are amazed by our home architecture, design and convenience.

San Antonio is the prime tourist destination in Texas and has a lot to offer: Sea World, Six Flags Fiesta Texas, Shopping Malls, such as: La Cantera, The Rim, North Star Mall, The River Walk, The Outlets at San Marcos, and many more that make San Antonio unique.

I am sure you will have a wonderful experience at our house and we will always be available to answer any questions and will do our best to try to help with any special needs or requests you may have.

This Beautiful Mediterranean Villa was designed and built by world renown Architect Jose Luis Ezquerra, a unique place were he lived very happily with his family. Since we are very close to the Ezquerra family, when we found out they were selling their home we decided to make an effort and buy it. For us is like having a unique piece of art.

What makes this house unique

Quiet gated community. Lots of space to play around the neighborhood without traffic and very conveniently located.

Comfortable home & great location

Our family of 6 had a very nice, relaxing stay. The home in is a quiet, gated community, and was super clean upon check-in. The home is very spacious with 2 living rooms, so we never felt crowded during our 5-night stay. Situated in the northern part of the city, he location is perfect if you are planning to incorporate side trips to Schlitterbahn (about 30 min) or Austin (just over an hour). The owner was also friendly and easy to work with, and was quick to respond when I had questions.

The only reason I gave the home 4 stars instead of 5 is because of a few personal preferences that I am used to when renting homes, so these may not affect most renters. First, there were ample towels and hand towels in the bathrooms, but we didn't find any wash cloths. Also, we are used to having a kitchen that is stocked with a few staples, such as cooking oil, cooking spray, spices, etc, and this kitchen was not. Again, every rental home is different, and that would have been a nice touch.

Overall we had a great stay, and we would not hesitate recommending this property to our friends!

Nice property. Pictures represent well. Central location

The property was nice and average maintained. The furnishings were very nice and well kept.

Nice gated community which as nice for security.

We had a great deal of trouble with the front door lock, would suggest replacing the key or lock as we struggled every time we left the property.

There were some minor problems with the house, (key, not enough linens, one of the showers didn't get hot) but the owner did make concessions to make our stay pleasant.

Community pool was not available to renters which is a major disadvantage to this location.

Overall the house presented nicely and the owner did best to make our stay pleasant.

Our family vacation was wonderful. This home is exactly as shown, beautiful and very spacious. The owners were extremely helpful before booking and while we were there. We loved the fact that it was in a gated community and close to a lot of attractions. I will definitely be returning again.

Everything was perfect, we enjoy aur stay .

The house was very clean, the location is wonderful,we had a little problen with the outside grill witch was inmediatly taken care of by Mrs Ane Marie,we will recomend this house and we will return again.

Roomy with lots of amenities!

My husband and I stayed here with our adult son and his family. There was plenty of room for all of us. They occupied the upper level while we opted for the main floor bedroom suite. Lots of closet space! The kitchen had a lot of amenities. Unfortunately, we didn't get much use out of the patio and yard area due to our short visit and the rain, but it looked very pleasant! Entry to the property was easy. We were disappointed to find the pool/club house were not available for our use (HOA members only). Recommend the rental agreement be modified to state pool access is not available.

Both the owner and his property manager were very helpful and easy to reach! I highly recommend this house for getting around the San Antonio area! We drive through much of the Hill Country and found it beautiful!

Notes:
There are lots of wonderful and fun activities to do, from great recreational theme parks, shopping malls and San Marcos Outlet to lots of delicious restaurants. Also just 2.2 miles away you will find McAllister Park that has everything; BBQ grills and picnic tables, soccer fields, playgrounds, hiking and bicycle trails and even some outdoor gym type equipment. You can walk for miles in this park without repeating the same trail over and over. There are plenty of bathrooms. It is a phenomenal park. I love it and I spend a lot of time there all year round.
