Great Holiday Week with Family

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were a large family getting together for the holidays with ages ranging from 0-91. The house is in a great location, the owners were very accommodating, and the home itself was perfect for our needs. There were many areas to sit and chat, the large kitchen was very convenient, and we used the theater several times throughout our stay to watch old family movies, etc. What fun! We also used the heated pool one day and the kids were thrilled. There is a playroom right off of the kitchen which was perfect for keeping an eye on the kids while cooking or chatting from the adjacent living room. All in all a wonderful week. Thank you! Would highly recommend this place!

Fantastic. Highly Recommended

My colleagues and I rented this home as a base of operations for a week of work in Santa Monica. There are 8 bedrooms which was perfect for our needs. We spent most of our time in the amazing kitchen or grilling outside. The home is a 2 block walk to restaurants and bars and a 10 minute walk to the beach. The owner is kind and attentive, the property manager checked in and made sure everything was perfect. This is the perfect place to stay in Santa Monica. And the theater is incredible!”

Superbly maintained, very clean, everything worked

Awesome home. Extraordinarily well maintained. Everything worked. The owners were super nice and easy to deal with. We stayed for two weeks and totally enjoyed the house and the location. Kids walked to get frozen yogurt, Starbucks and breakfast all within a couple blocks. We totally enjoyed the home theater and the quality of the house. It was surprising that it was so quiet inside and out since it is located one block from Montana Avenue. Nothing but good things to say about the home and the owners.

Warm, spacious...location could not be more ideal

We had a fantastic holiday in your house and we are very thankful for your hospitality and kindness. The house was perfect for us in any sense of the word and the kids absolutely loved it. Warm, spacious, children friendly and filled with the spirit of Christmas. The location could not be more ideal with the beach and great variety shops, cafes and restaurants within walking distance. We did not use the cars nearly as much as we expected.
