Walk-in closet will store your personal items and accessories. Adjacent bath has newly added snail shower tastefully done in pretty tile. Second bedroom has queen bed and a walk-in closet. Second bath has tub/shower combination. Laundry room with washer and dryer is off kitchen. Covered parking available for vehicles.
Step outside to enjoy the warm and sunny climate, even in winter. Covered patio is furnished for eating outside and grill is available to barbecue your favorite cuisine. Community has well maintained green spaces as well as pool and hot tub for refreshing splashes.
Condo is conveniently located to explore all that is magnificent about Tempe, Mesa and beyond. Baseball fans will be thrilled to know that Riverview Park, home of the Chicago Cubs spring training facility, is close. Other desirable destinations that are just a short drive from home include Usery Mountain Regional Park, Tempe Town Lake, Gilbert's Riparian Reserve and Salt River. Golf, restaurants, shopping, hiking and biking, nightlife and more are minutes away.

We stayed in this unit for six weeks and found that it meet our needs. The property management team was excellent to deal with, any issues were dealt with immediately and professionally.
The unit is centrally located on Guadalupe Road with easy access to major highways. The pool (unheated) and hot tub are located near the unit and seldom used by the other tenants of the development. This unit provides good value for your dollar.
The condo was as pictured and identified. Two bedrooms, TV's, living room, dining area, full kitchen and separate bathrooms. It is conveniently located off of two main expressways with easy access to a third. Lots of pillows for the beds, two walk in closets, plates, glasses, paper towels in the kitchen saving us from running out for them. The condo was clean and well maintained. We enjoyed our stay and our reserved parking spot under the canopy/car port that keeps the sun off of it and the car cool. A number of quick fast food restaurants are available: Wendy's, Popeye's, Carl Jr's., Del Tack and Culvers (our personal favorite). Easy 10 minute drive to Sloan Park where the Chicago Cubs have spring training. 20 to 25 minutes to drive to downtown Scottsdale and Old Town Scottsdale with plenty of good southwest shops, excellent restaurants such as the Ivy and Olive, Cowboy Ciao and Italian Grotto. About 15 mintes away is the Phoenix Premium Outlets in Chandler. Top name quality stores with great prices. Plenty of golf courses in the area as well. Thanks for a nice two week stay.
The unit was beautifully decorated and everything was super clean. We were welcomed with a "Welcome Basket" which was so sweet and gave it an extra special touch when we arrived. The master bedroom was awesome with a comfortable king bed and just loved the tiled shower not to mention the huge walk-in closet. This unit was conveniently located near the pool and parking. The complex is located near shops and restaurants. Our next vist back to AZ, we are definatley going to be requesting this particular unit. The property managment was great to work with as well.
We arrived to find this condo precisely what we booked. I'm not sure what reviewer below was thinking when they mentioned it being close to Guadalupe Rd. The map on the listing is exact. The unit is in the middle of the community about as far from the road as one could get. We heard no traffic noise (no dogs either). What we did appreciate, and was one of the reasons we selected this condo over dozens of others, was that it is closet to amenities. We could walk to the store and best of all, walk to Starbucks! We knew the pool was not heated because it says so in the listing but did enjoy soaking up the sun poolside. The condo was very clean. Communication from the marketing company was beyond excellent. Community was exactly as pictured. We wanted something within our budget. This was perfect for traveling on a budget yet wanting a nice, clean, very well appointed home, away from home.
The property was very nicely furnished and well equipped. The grounds were clean and well maintained. The location gave convenient access to local shopping and highways to other Phoenix attractions.
The condo was clean with adequate furnishings. The photography was exceptional........the actual facility is not as attractive as the pictures. The patio is small and confining.
The location is good, but too close to Guadalupe, which is very busy and noisy. The landscaping is sparse. The number of units on the property is more than we anticipated. I think half of the residents own a dog. The neighbor across the way had a large one which barked incessantly.
The refrigerator was noisy, no water, no ice. We called for it to be fixed and were told the compressor made that much noise. We were fine with the lack of water and ice from the fridge, but the noise should be addressed!
All in all the place is ok but we paid at least 25% too much for it. Next time we will be more careful.
Great location for this nice condo in a well-maintained community. It is close to golf, shopping, restaurants and many other area activities. Watch Spring Training baseball, check out a museum or take a day trip to Sedona, Tucson, even Mexico. Birdwatchers and photographers love the Gilbert Riparian area just a few miles away.
