Kick back and relax on the patio facing the heated pool and enjoy the island weather. Our 'island flavor' unit has one bedroom, one bath and is fully furnished with fluffy new linens. A fully-equipped kitchen, king-size bed, walk-in closet, flat screen tv in the living room, 1 tv in the bedroom and wi-fi. Spotless and well maintained.

Ideal for honeymooners, couples, retirees, girlfriends or 'mom's week away'.

About Debbie

My husband grew up in Brunswick and I grew up on St. Simons. Every excuse we can find to return to visit this glorious island we take advantage of. I will be a 'hands on' manager/owner and will take great pride in maintaining this property for everyone's enjoyment.

Why Debbie chose St Simons Island

Ocean Walk is located within walking distance of the pier and village area. This is one of the few places left to visit that maintains that small town atmosphere and friendly and relaxing feel. The pace is unhurried and the dress is casual. Whether it is fishing, biking, walking the beach, sightseeing or shopping...everything is just within reach.

This is a great little condo. The furnishings are nice, the kitchen is very well equipped, the bed is incredibly comfortable, and the location is ideal. It is just steps from the pool and within easy walking distance to the village. We loved the little outdoor sitting area for reading in the sunshine.

  • The bathroom has a toilet and a combination tub/shower this separated by a door to the dressing room. A new tile floor has been added in both the dressing area and the bath along with a new vanity. New bath towels and accessories make it complete.

Perfect Location

Great location right near the downtown. Perfect for a weekend couple's get away. Really appreciated being allowed to have our pups stay with us. Will come back again.

Nice condo that’s close to shops, restaurants, and pier!

My husband and I had a great time on St. Simon’s Island. The condo was within walking distance to the shops, restaurants, and pier. I would highly recommend renting bikes during the stay. We rode our bikes to the beach in the morning and came back to enjoy the pool afterward. It was a relaxing vacation which included walks on the beach, delicious meals at the local restaurants, shopping, and pool time. The king size bed, shower, and view of the pool from the large sliding glass door were some nice features of the condo as well!

Great condo near village

The accomodations were great, close to the pool. Complex is very well maintained. We were able to walk to the pier/village for dinner n shopping. A city park is close by with pickleball courts. Condo is very clean, great bed!! We plan to go again next year.

We were so pleased with our C3 condo in Ocean Walk. Owner's respond was quick, condo was adorable and very clean. It was also very close to the pool and a nice walk to the village. Perfect for this couple !!!!

On the 16 acre property you will find the Clubhouse with fitness center, business center,card room and laundry facilities. There is a duck pond and picnic table nearby as well as rocking chairs on the porch. There are two pools on the property; one large heated pool and one smaller pool with volleyball set up. There are bike racks, a children's playground, another laundry facility and plenty of space to walk or jog. There are gas grills by the pools and lots of charcoal grills are spread around the property for your convenience. All pools have chaise lounges, tables and chairs. The Village/Pier is a short bike ride or nice walk and the beach is about a 5 minute car ride with plenty of free parking. Lots of historical and religious sites are on and near St. Simons. Day tripping to Darien for Outlet shopping; beach and nature tours on Little St. Simons, taking pictures of the breathtaking 200 year old Oak trees; adventures await you on this Georgia island.

To confirm your reservation 1/2 the total is due immediately with signed rental agreement and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Rates may change unless you have a confirmed reservation with your deposit sent in. For guests staying 30 days or more we require a light cleaning by Cassandra Walton, our housekeeper, every 2 weeks. This cleaning cost of $50.00 per cleaning will be included on the rental agreement and Cassandra will contact you to set the dates. Please read your rental agreement carefully for all the terms of the rental.

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 14 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
