About Dana

We are an active family that loves board sports of all kinds, skiing, hiking and biking.

Why Dana chose Lahaina

Why did we buy here? Let me answer that question with some questions of my own:

Wanna dip your toes in the ocean? Then walk off the patio about 20 paces and you are in the Pacific Ocean!

Wanna surf without having to load the board in the car and drive? Then walk 20 paces out to the beach and turn left or turn right.

Wanna enjoy some food and beverages? Then walk or ride a bike into Lahaina town.

These are all the reasons we bought here.

High rises are not our thing. In fact we prefer the single level town house arrangement to being held captive on a balcony. Being off the beach is OK but we like hearing the ocean.

The Big Island is about driving and driving. Oahu is about density. Kauai is a little too quiet. Lanai is dead. Maui is just right.

What makes this condo unique

We specialize in 30+ day leases for most times of year. Our unit is a premium unit especially set up for long stays. Stuff like HD TV with DVR recorder for you favorite shows. Its got a small office with a scanner/fax/printer for use with your computer. It has secure WIFI. Lockable guest storage for your luggage and valuables.

The place has been renovated top to bottom; every room. It features a wonderful kitchen, large lanai (patio) and a huge balcony.

We manage the unit directly. We do a pre-travel phone call to go over things with EACH AND EVERY new customer. Then we check back after your arrival to make sure everything is in order. Because we employ contract services and a local care taker, our rates are usually much better than the competition.

This is the owner and I am posting this from a guest who had difficulty posting it on vrbo.

I just spent a week there with my family ranging from 85 to 18. It was the first trip to Hawaii for all of them. This property was perfect: plenty of room, a good kitchen and grill, amazing outdoor area to watch the sunset, a beautiful "quiet" pool at the ocean to watch the surfers and access surf yourself, tennis, and more. There is no reason to ever leave, but it is easy to walk to Lahaina for shopping, nightlife, surf lessons, church, etc. All of which we did. It is also easy to access the road system to explore the rest of the island. I picked Puamana because I knew it would be a wonderful blend of peace and activity, but this place exceeded all my expectations. Highly recommend.

Beautiful townhouse with amazing views

Recently stayed here on a combo work/family vacation. The townhouse was lovely and well supplied. The view spectacular. Fell asleep and awoke to the sound of the surf everyday. Easy walk into town for our conference while the toddler and grandparents enjoyed the lawn, small beach and pools. Easy drive to other beaches/snorkel locations.

Amazing location!

After lots of searching for a rental to stay for a family vacation, we chose this one. I'm SO glad we did! It was perfect. Beautiful view, great location, clean and comfortable house. I loved listening to the waves hit the beach when going to sleep - it was so relaxing. Dana was great to work with and very responsive when needed. If we ever go back to Maui, we will definitely stay here again! Mahalo Dana!!

We used to own this unit many years ago and it has been beautifully updated and remodeled with an eye toward comfort and family friendliness. The owner is easy to work with and she has stocked the condo with items to enhance your vacation experience and meet your every need...from baby furniture to coral shoes to cruiser bikes! It was a nostalgic homecoming for us and couldn't have been better!

Just Perfect

We were there the week of July 30 – Aug 6 2016 and our stay could not have been more perfect. The weather was perfect, the view is dazzling at any time of day—sunrise to sunset…always breathtaking! We were a group of 8, 5 adults and three children [ages 8 – 11] and this townhome accommodated all of us so well! The master with King bed, ensuite and balcony for my husband and me, the second bedroom [Queen bed] for my step daughter and son-in-law, a third bedroom with two twin beds for my sister and next daughter [11] to share, and the hide-a-bed sofa for the younger two daughters worked out just right. We enjoyed yoga in the morning out on the grass –sometimes watching the sunrise, we all enjoyed the water being so close—we could sit out on the grass and see sea turtles and puffer fish go by!! We grilled steaks outside and checked out the nearby shopping in Lahaina ‘s Cannery Mall and as divers of course we went to Molikini, for the divers to dive and snorkelers to snorkel—it was spectacular. The neighborhood is quiet…no crowd, no loud partiers or people running around. It was always awesome to “come home” to the pleasing calmness 24/7. All of us truly hated to leave—a first as I usually miss my dog and cats at home, but I wanted to be there more!

More than expected, pictures do not tell all. 6 adults 3 bedrooms, put twin bed together for more comfort. Place clean and well kept, grounds beautiful and right on beach. Took chairs to edge of lawn (right at beach) and watched sunset every night. Dana's to do list was right on. Just a great place to visit. Thanks for listing it on a web site that it is easy to find and use.
