Deluxe new 3 Bedroom (1 is a Den) furnished 2-story house. High, 10ft ceilings and enclosed lanai. Tastefully decorated with all appliances included. Master bedroom includes Brand New King size bed, bathroom, coffee maker, refrigerator and TV. Brand New King size bed in other guest room with TV. TV in family room. Kitchen has prep island plus separate eating area with microwave, toaster and dishwasher. Inside washer / dryer. 1 & 1/2 car garage. 2 minutes walking to Spanish Springs Square.

This is a golf cart community and a GOLF CART is available for your use. Tenants responsible for self-insurance (instructions provided in application).

We have stayed at Han’s townhouse for two year now and are scheduled to return again next year. The house is perfectly located for people who like to be where the activity is. It is just a few minutes walk into Spanish Springs and all the restaurants, shows etc. Even the golf cart is unnecessary.



The place itself is very nice. It is on two levels. This is rare in the Villages and allows for guests to have some privacy with their own bedroom and bath on a separate level. The house is always clean and the neighborhood is immaculate. And Hans, the owner, is also a Villages resident so is always available to answer questions or attend to things.

Notes:
1) Non-smoking 2) No Pets 3) No extended guests stays without the consent of the owner. A surcharge will be assessed per person 4) The Villages charges an Administration Fee of appx. $50 per person to get a Temporary Resident ID card for tenants. This charge is the responsibility of the tenant. 5) A security deposit of $800 will be collected upon arrival at the house. This is fully refundable once the tenant vacates the property and there are no unusual wear and tear or damages. 6) $800 down payment due at time of reservation. 7) Rent for the entire stay is required 90 days in advance of move in to secure the property. 8) Cleaning fee of $100 due at move in.

A perfect Villages home

This is a perfect location in the Villages. Within a few minutes walk to all the activities in Spanish Springs.

It is a two story house with the fell of a "regular" house and not a "retirement" house. The owner, Hans, is a Villages resident and is always available to answer questions and make suggestions.

The neighborhood is immaculate and the full time residents are very sociable and friendly.

all and all a great choice in the Villages.

The Villages is Disney World for Adults with literally thousands of things to do not to mention the shops and dining all located in centralized area with access by Golf Cart to everything. There are 38 Golf Courses, including 9 Championship courses with the executive courses free with your Villages ID. The ID also allows you access to any of the numerous Club Houses and Pools/tiki bars in The Villages. Visit the Downtown districts like Spanish Springs or Sumter Landing and experience live music, shows and vendors every night of the week. Residents enjoy playing tennis (clay and hard courts), boccie, shuffleboard, pickle ball, horseshoes, basketball, and softball. You can also join numerous dance, music, and other clubs and classes available to residents.

This is a golf cart community and a golf cart is available for your use.
