Enjoy this gulf front 3 Bedroom / 3 Bath condo that sleeps up to 8 when you stay at 611 Starboard Village on desirable Fort Pickens Rd. This spacious beach front condo is uniquely located next to the community swimming pool, and just steps away from the beach dune walkover. Relax in the living room leather sofa, and loveseat! Amenities include granite kitchen counter-tops, 2 car garage, 1 outdoor designated parking spot, community swimming pool, community sun lounging deck, free WiFi, and 2 Gulf-front private balconies.

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from June 1, 2024, until August 10, 2024, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only.

Rents monthly November - March 1.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall we were very happy with the property and our unit. We wish there would have been screens on the two patio doors. The second bedroom double size mattress was not very comfortable. A ceiling light over the dining room table would have been appreciated as well. There were no beach chairs in the unit’s garage space. As to cleanliness: every rental I’ve ever stayed in is usually surface clean. We did sweeping and vacuuming on our last day with the broom and vacuum in the front closet. Upon moving the couches back to vacuum we saw food we didn’t have on our stay and general dirt. Being a former residential cleaner, I think the units in general should be deep cleaned between guests. It was clean but I’d just like to see a little more attention to detail. I’m giving you an honest review because you’ve asked for one. I’m not complaining.

Great Vacation Rental!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at 611 Starboard Village with 4 other people and I couldn't be more happy our stay. It was clean, every bedroom had its own bathroom, it faced the beach/Gulf, and was close to the pool. The beach was absolutely beautiful and not crowded. The condo had everything we could need and was very comfortable. I would defiantly recommend it at would stay there again.
