Welcome to the beach! This unit is located on the third floor of a condominium complex sitting directly on the beach with a community swimming pool and a hot tub located in the courtyard area. The complex also contains an elevator and 2 gas grills adjacent to the building.

System wide I-Wave air purifier provides Covid-19 protection for entire unit.

The unit has received many upgrades including new walls, ceilings, luxury vinyl plank flooring, 32" LED TV's in all bedrooms, a 46" LED TV in the living room, a stainless-steel dishwasher, a stainless-steel refrigerator, and carpet and furniture for the screened in porch overlooking the beach. Other upgrades include cookware, flatware, and stoneware for cooking and dining in.

Bedding is : 1 King in master, 1 Queen in BR 2, BR 3 has 2 twins and 1 full (pyramid bunk style). Ceiling fans are in all bedrooms, living area, and screened-in porch.

Mark was very responsive and quick to get things done. The inside of condo was clean and as expected. The outside is pretty run down and “front row ocean view is a stretch as you had to be on the screened in porch which is pretty unleveled to see the ocean Overall we had great weather and appreciated the prompt responses from Matk

Beautiful Location and Comfy Beds

We had a great week at Mark's condo. We appreciated the location as the beach was not as busy as some of the larger buildings. All the beds were amazingly comfortable! The condo was a little smaller than other 3 bedrooms that we have stayed in, but it still worked for our family of 6. The laundry room is in a closet and is just outside the main entrance to the condo. It was a little inconvenient because you have to keep opening the main entrance door, which let's heat in the condo and in the heat of summer, I was sweating out there doing laundry. It is apparent that most of the condo has been remodeled. Floors, paint, lighted ceiling fans are all amazing upgrades. There were plenty of fluffy bath towels too! One thing that we noticed when we arrived was a musty smell. We quickly discovered that the source of the smell was in the kitchen cabinets. When we opened any cabinet door, there was an overwhelming smell of dampness and mold. I had to wash anything we used to cook, eat, or drink because of the smell on the dishes. Maybe a kitchen remodel is next on the owner's list? The pool was clean and the perfect temperature all week long. We never had a problem getting a chair at the pool and they were durable and comfortable to relax in. Overall, this condo exceeded out expectations in most areas and Mark was a great communicator!

Unit Has Nice Layout

Enjoyed the hot tub and the short walk to the beach 🏖 Bedroom layouts worked nicely for our family. Unit owner made the whole process run very smoothly. We enjoyed a much needed stress free vacation!

Why they chose this property

We have replaced all the walls, flooring, ceiling, HVAC system, ceiling fans, and light fixtures for the 2021 summer rental season.

What makes this property unique

I love to eat breakfast out on the screened in porch overlooking the ocean and hear the waves pounding into the sand. My wife and I also enjoy kayaking in the marsh areas that are within an easy drive of the unit.
