Sundial T403 is a newly renovated three bedroom/two bathroom fourth floor condo located in building T. This privately owned condo offers a living area with wall mounted TV, dining area and fully equipped and updated kitchen. The master suite offers a king bed, wall mounted TV and en-suite master bathroom with updated shower and vanity. Guest bedroom 2 offers two queen beds and guest bedroom 3 offers two twin beds. Both bedrooms share a full bathroom that has also been recently renovated. Other amenities include High-speed wireless internet access, iPod docking stations, Four TV's, DVD Player, washer/dryer and screened in porch with views of the beach. This unit comes with access to the beach, community pool, elevator and BBQ Grills.
Please note: This is a privately owned condo which is rented through Royal Shell Vacations and guests will have limited availability to the resorts amenities.

Fall Projects at Sundial WEST will begin 9/6/16 and be completed on or around 12/16/16, weather permitted. Please be advised that some of the buildings will be closed during necessary maintenance projects. Only condos directly impacted will be blocked; however, surrounding buildings will be open and available for rental. Project includes; landscaping, elevator repairs, electrical meter replacement, and parking lot repairs. Please be advised that workers will be onsite during these projects and at times you might here project noise. No discounts or compensation will be provided as these projects are association related.
Our family of 5 stayed in this unit and we absolutely loved it. It is beautifully decorated, had enough space for 5 - 6 people and had all the conveniences we needed. The screened in porch is awesome! We ate every meal there and it provided amazing views of the pool and beach. It is a very short walk to the beach and the location is convenient to all of Sanibel. We also made two day trips to Captiva while we were there. We will be booking another stay in this unit in the future.
