This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath beachfront condominium is located at Pinnacle Port, a gated community with 24 hour property control. Located on the quiet west end of Panama City Beach, Pinnacle Port is oriented on a peninsula between the emerald green waters and white sands of the Gulf of Mexico to the south and beautiful Lake Powell to the north. This location truly makes it an ideal vacation destination. It is conveniently located about 7 miles west of beautiful Pier Park which offers many shopping sites, restaurants, and a theater as well as other attractions. This townhouse style unit is located on the Penthouse level affording spectacular views from two private balconies. The downstairs has a kitchen, a half bath with a full-size washer/dryer, dining area and living area with TV, DVD. The balcony, which overlooks a view of the Gulf and Lake Powell bay/inlet, provides views of spectacular sunsets. Upstairs has a master bedroom with a queen bed, TV, and bath. The balcony off the bedroom overlooks the private beach and Gulf providing views of beautiful sunrises. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, TV, and a second full bath located off the hallway. The windows provide the same view as the living room balcony. Both bedrooms have phones. This fully appointed condo is easily accessible to numerous area attractions, many fine restaurants, golf courses, and shopping. It is only about 8 miles to Seaside and about 20 miles to Destin. About 2 miles to the west off 30A is a wonderful biking trail for those who enjoy biking. We welcome you to come share our little piece of paradise.

Owners Jo Ann Ducker and Jackie Spivey are sisters who dreamed of a beach get a way for many years. Although they visited Panama City Beach many times over the years, they fell in love with Pinnacle Port in the summer of 2002 when they visited for the first time. Both decided this was the place for them when they retired in the coming years. In the fall of 2002 they became owners at Pinnacle Port. Jo Ann is a retired school teacher and Jackie is a retired nurse. Both have children and grandchildren who enjoy coming to the beach. It is a wonderful family get a way. Because they visit as often as possible, they have provided the conforts of home. When their families are not visiting, they make the condo available to others for rent. They enjoy sharing the beach experience with family, friends, and guests. They welcome you to share with them.

Panama City Beach is a convenient location since both owners live in the Northwest Florida area and grew up coming here. But Pinnacle Port is special because of its location. Having both the Gulf and Lake Powell as part of the property as well as being secluded form the hectic pace of the other beach areas makes for a restful and relaxing experience. Since they enjoy the beach as well as boating and fishing, this is the perfect spot.

Nothing can compare to the views from the balconies. From sunrise to sunset, just

watching the day unfold is a relaxing and interesting way to while away the time. The easy access from this condo to the beach and pool as well as all other points on the property make it convenient for one to enjoy all the amenities. The kitchen is furnished with items to make meal preparation easy and convenient. This condo is comfortable and affords a wonderful change of pace from one's regular routines. The owners and their families enjoy staying at Pinnacle Port very much.

Our home away from home

My husband and I spent two wonderful months in this beautifully appointed and immaculate condo....the pics on the website don't do it justice....Firstly, the location is fabulous...close to Publix , Winn Dixie ( just outside the security gates) further down the road is Pier Park with shopping , restaurants and a newly built Fresh Market...and in the opposite direction you have Destin 20 minutes down the road and the fabulous 30a highway along the ocean filled with lovely communities, shops and restaurants...

The condo itself is beautifully appointed with comfortable beds, lovely linens...a kitchen as well stocked with pots and pans as my home...appliances are new and in perfect working order.It was a pleasure to cook in this kitchen...had all the necessary kitchen gadgets you would want or need including a George Forman Grill.This unit was spotless from bed pillows to tea towels and lots of everything you need to make your stay comfortable...even the outdoor furniture on the balconies were of high end quality....the owners were very easy to deal with...responded quickly to any questions or concerns ..they made you feel special....it is obvious that a lot of thought , pride of ownership and $ went into the remodel of this condo....hope to return to this unit once again in the future.

Great Winter home away from home!

We stayed at this property for approximately two months and enjoyed it immensely. This condo is definitely one of the very best at Pinnacle Port. This unit has been extensively renovated, has lovely furnishings and is meticulously maintained. The Owner was a pleasure to work with.

The property was absolutely beautiful...the only problem was the terrible smell inside the condo.

We had a wonderful trip to Panama City. Upon arrival, we noticed a strange odor in our room. We thought it to be cleaning products at first, but it continued. We notified the owners of our unit and maintenance was sent out in a couple days. At that time we were told there was black mold growing on the air conditioning coils. That alarmed us, but we were told that is a common thing when staying close to the beach and leaving balcony doors open. Other than that, our experience was wonderful.

Owner's Response: This is certainly NOT a review we would wish to receive nor one we believe is deserved. We make every effort to maintain our property to the highest standards and to make sure our guests do not experience any issues while visiting us. When they do, we make every effort to correct them as soon as possible. Our condo has been occupied continuously since mid-May with many guests checking in and out. This guest checked in Saturday, July 9, 2016. That same day another guest checked out the morning of July 9 following a week's visit. The housekeeper cleaned between the check out and check in cycle on July 9. Later when I contacted both the previous guest and the housekeeper, both indicated they had not detected any unpleasant odor in the condo. No one else prior to this guest or since has indicated there was a problem. It stands to reason that if somehow a "terrible" odor developed so rapidly, the guest would have contacted us sooner rather than waiting so long to do so. The service person certainly should have been able to detect the odor if it was that strong. I received a phone call July 13, 2016 around 5:40 P.M. from the guest notifying me of an unpleasant odor coming from the upstairs vent. I immediately contacted our maintenance person and requested a service call as soon as possible. Our maintenance person arrived in the condo early July 15, 2016. He discovered the coils in the air handler needed cleaning and proceeded to thoroughly clean them. We have owned this condo since 2002 and until this time have NEVER experienced this particular issue as we do keep our equipment serviced. While this is not necessarily a common problem, it is one that can occur under certain conditions. Our maintenance person said he could not personally detect an odor. It appears this issue was simply one of needing service sooner than we normally would due to high occupancy and environmental conditions. Our service provider told me our air handler had dirty coils, NOT MOLD IN IT! We will continue to maintain our condo to the highest standards. When problems occur, we will make every effort to correct them as soon as possible. We want our guests to have a wonderful experience while visiting us. We appreciate the many positive comments we have received both in our reviews as well as emails following the visits of past guests.

THE BEST RENTAL IN PCB

I loved the location. Away from all the noise crowed beaches.

I can not say enough about how clean,clean, and loved decorted this condo is. They have really spent big bucks remodeling this and it really shows. I come to PCB often, and will only stay here from now own.The ladies were great arranging for a lovely stay.

I have never known owners to be so nice and helpful. They are the best!!!!!

Beautiful sunrises and sunsets

My family had a great time at this penthouse condo in September. The beach is right outside. This is a short drive to restaurants and attractions but just far enough away from the crowds of Panama City Beach.

The balconies off the master bedroom and the living room faced opposite directions - both with water views. This condo is kept in great condition, very neat and clean. There were plenty of linens and towels. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc.

With two adults and two boys and all the beach paraphernalia, we found the living room a bit cramped. The kitchen table seats just four people. Space is a premium in beachfront housing, and the owners have certainly put the space in this condo to great use.

Awesome!

We rented this condo this fall with another couple. The condo was beautifully decorated, spotless, and had a well stocked kitchen. It was prefect for couples and families. Loved it being so quiet, but close to restaurants and shopping. It was a beautiful week at beach!
