This is a unique luxury oceanfront condominium in Daytona Beach Shores. This condo stretches full length of building from east to west. There is a 40 ft long balcony in east and a large lanai in west. This provides excellent unobstructed views of ocean on east and river with islands on west.

In this unit, Living room and two master bedrooms are oceanfront, have floor to ceiling glass wall and share the 40 ft balcony. Fully equipped kitchen and dining area also have view of the ocean. Breakfast nook in kitchen, and other bedrooms have view of the river. All rooms are nicely furnished. This is a large beautifully furnished condo.

Three bedrooms have attached bathrooms and large walk in closets.

Living room and all bedrooms have TV.

Laundry room in condo has washer, dryer, ironing board, etc.

Free local and long distance calls and high speed internet


The secured building has heated pool, hot tub, fitness room, pool table, club room, library, etc. Parking for one car in the garage and open parking for other car are included at no extra charge.

One pet allowed at Owner's descretion

You phoned me on the weekend to ask how we enjoyed your condo during the month of April.

It is a beautiful condo with breathtaking views. The building, grounds and pool were always clean & in good condition. The security is very comforting.

We could not come to Daytona until April 7th and we had to leave 2 days early due to my husband's health. We rented the unit for the month.

We did like the condo very much & would like to return next April. Would it be possible & financially beneficial to both of us to rent directly from you?

Oh what a great vacation

We stayed for a month 2 yrs in a row the place is nice needs some up dating (new carpet) we love staying in this 4 bed 3 bath condo has everything you need including beach chairs umbrellas beach toys it truly is a home away from home The owner is a very nice man we had a lot of fun and are planning on going back next yr just a great lovation everything is close by mini golf,CVS,Burger King Mikes gift shope and we cant forget the ABC Store is all right across the street

Great Vacation Condo

Beautiful 8th floor condo. However, it's showing it's age. Two of the five TV's are outdated. Balcony furniture not useable due to excessive rust. Condo rules are excellent.Common areas are wonderful. Very accommodating owner. We enjoyed our stay.

Owner's Response: Balcony furniture is now replaced with new furniture. Two outdated (but in perfect working condition) TVs are now replaced with modern TVs

From Norway to paradise

We spent 30 days in june/july 2015 in this nice condo. We were two families,

and the condo felt big enough for all of us. The building manager was very nice and always gave good service, the building had strict rules, but felt very safe. The location was perfect, with fantastic view on both sides of the condo. However we will ask the owner to replace the

outdoor furniture on both the lanai and the terrace, they where all rusty, and we had to cover them

up, not to ruin our clothes. And to make the best of this condo, it would be nice with a proper

bed in the 4th bedroom. The sofabed was horrible. We loved the stay , and hope to come back soon.

The Condo was everything we hoped it would be. We had a slight problem with the shower head. I notified the owner and it was fixed the next day. The space is very room and it was very clean when we arrived.

There were very strict rules for the complex itself that we were not expecting. They were strictly enforced and not always pleasantly enforced. The Lady in charge was rude to my 10yr old daughter which was not appreciated. We avoided the lobby after that.
