This apartment is located in one of the most fascinating areas of the historic center of Rome, a few steps from the Colosseum and the Roman Forum.

The apartment is located on the third floor of a building of three with elevator and is subdivided in two levels. From the entrance you will have access directly to the living room where you will be able to find a comfortable sofa convertible in a double bed, a dining area with a table able, once opened, to accommodate up to six guests and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen comes with electric stoves, multifunctional micro, refrigerator and freezer. Through the living room you will let access to the first double bedroom owning an en suite bathroom with shower, sink, WC and bidet. Always through the living room you will be able to access the second level mezzanine, with the second bedroom and the second bathroom with shower, sink and WC.

The apartment has been completely refurbished. Independent heating, air conditioned and television in every room and free WiFi internet connection; we will be happy to supply a baby cot on request.

For larger groups, it may be useful to note that the apartment is located in the same building of the other apartment Ibernesi, accommodating together up to four bedrooms and bathrooms.

The apartment is situated in a fantastic location, a picturesque and unique street, very central but with quite no cars at all, Via degli Ibernesi. Is less than ten minutes walking from some of the major attractions of Rome.

Going up through the street “Salita del Grillo” can be quickly reached the square of the Quirinale and the Trevi fountain; while going down the same, only a few meters away, the Forums and the Colosseum.

Of many apartments in Rome, this is located in a perfect location. I suggest to all the people who intend to book not to rent a car. Rome is such a beautiful city that should be enjoyed on foot and this apartment is just the perfect solution.

The area is actually an extremely lively location to stay. It is possible to have speedy access to the unique city activities, attractions and tours. In addition to this, the location is also considered the center of the present day Roman life. The unique narrow streets, and the characteristic architectures, are making this area one of the most attractive of Rome.

What makes this apartment unique

I am always very attentive to details. For me punctuality is a key factor in my work. I do my best to make each customer feel like home.

In addition, before each check-in I prepare a detailed list, built according to the needs of each client, of all the restaurants and shops of products typical of Roman cuisine.

Perfect location

This apartment is in the perfect location to get to everything. We walked everywhere with three kids 11,13,and16. We had the best time. Great food and sites just steps away! Very clean apartment and was very comfortable for us all.

Great location and helpful host.

It's quite compact but functional. The low beams in the loft bedroom are treacherous so be careful. Luigi was super helpful and responsive. The location is ideal.

Can't beat the location!

The building was well maintained in a great location! 1 block to the ruins and 4 blocks to the coloseum. The thing i liked best about the apartment was that even though it was close to all the tourist sites the apartment was in a quiet area so at night you didn't hear any traffic noises or pedestrians. It has a washing machine so we were able to clean our clothes. Luigi was in touch easily. Had a great time.

Great location, just as advertised

Clean, looked like it did in the ad. Perfect location! We got thru with Pompeii earlier then we had thought thus got to Rome early. W/ only a couple hours notice they were able to meet us at 6pm rather then the scheduled 8pm, no problem. Only downside, and it was minor, was it seemed no one told Laluy (the person who met us at the location) that I had paid the balance 6 days prior but that got straightened out in literally less then 3 minutes...

Great location!

Property very well maintained, located in a charming street right behind the Roman Forum, 5 minutes walk from the Coliseum.

Host was always very responsive with any questions we had and even offered to arrange transportation if needed.

We were 6 and the apartment was well divided to comfortably accommodate all of us.

Ibernesi 1 Apartment Tips & Need To Know...

This apartment was okay. Not decorated like the pictures indicate--all the luxury bedding & rugs & kitchenware were not there. The website indicates it is 100 meters squared (1076 square feet) and I would argue that. My house is 80 meters squared (860 square feet) and it seems very close to the same as this apartment. The upstairs is not a separate bedroom; it is an open loft that can be entirely seen from the living room. The upstairs has a very low ceiling; mom is 5 foot 4 inches and she hit her head twice when she forgot to duck. The upstairs shower stall is very, very tiny. The kitchen is tiny but manageable; the refrigerator is a mini-fridge & no freezer (= no ice). When you check in you must sign an inventory form that all items are present--but they don't give you a list by which to check what is supposed to be there. Be prepared to supply everything: toilet paper (they provided half a roll when we checked in), trash bags, paper towels, toiletries, etc. There is an elevator but it stops one floor down from this apartment; you still have to climb up & down one flight of stairs. The big bonus of this apartment is location. It is truly right in the center of tourist Rome. We might or might not stay here again. Big advice: the map indicated it's 0.8 miles from Termini train station. We are an active family, in shape & not overweight, so we decided to just walk. We barely, barely made it to the apartment with luggage, walking. I do not recommend walking to this apartment from the Termini train station. Either take the train to the Cavour stop, or just get a taxi.
