Escape to this beautiful three-story beachfront private home nestled in the sand dunes of Seagrove Beach. Relax and soak in the spectacular views on one of two large Gulf front balconies. Take a dip in your very own 12x25 private pool. And enjoy the convenience of private beach access.

Red Cherry’s is the perfect vacation home for family gatherings. At a spacious 4,200 square feet you and your guests will have more than enough room to stretch out. Each of the bedrooms are beautifully decorated with TV's and private bath. Ample parking is provided. Sleeping quarters are located on the first and third levels. Everyone can meet in the middle on the second floor family area. Complete with gourmet kitchen, it’s the perfect space for entertaining friends and family.

The first floor offers a private bunk room with FULL SIZE BUNKS and a private bathroom with a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom offers two QUEEN BEDS and private bath. This floor also offers a large laundry room which includes access from the pool and beach area. There is a bathroom and large walk in shower in the laundry room allowing you to rinse off after a long day at the beach or after a dip in the pool.

The second floor includes the Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen and is the heart of the home! You will also find a 1/2 bath on this level.

The third floor offers a Master Suite with KING BED and private bath including a walk in shower, Jacuzzi tub and large walk in closet. This bedroom also has a lovely fireplace. There are two more bedrooms on this level totaling three for the third floor. There is a bedroom with a QUEEN BED which has its own bath with a tub and shower combination, and there is bedroom with a QUEEN BED and bathroom which has a beautiful large walk in shower.

Conveniently located on the east side of Eastern Lake in the Lakewood area between Seaside and Watersound. Camp Creek Golf Club is just minutes away. Have bikes delivered for a relaxing ride along the 18-mile bike path. Experience a favorite local pastime by taking a guided Eco Tour; discover the rare beauty of one of the many coastal dune lakes atop a YOLO board. Or enjoy a day of shopping and dining at the many trendy boutiques and cafes along the famous Hwy 30-A.

I wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed our stay at Red Cherry's. It is a great house to have a family vacation. The layout of the house is convenient for us, and the proximity to the beach is wonderful. The kitchen was very well stocked, with plenty of dishes and silverware for our family and all types of pots and cooking utensils. The home was clean and in good condition. The pool was clean and well kept. I would like to compliment you and the staff for your courteous and professional manner. Summer 2013 we asked to see the house before we rented it, and Dennis Stark showed us the home. He was very personable and accommodating. This year when we rented the home, William West was there to see that we were taken care of and actually brought us some sheets that were missing from the bunk beds. He was always in a great mood and eager to meet our needs. Anna, you have made it easy to make arrangements to rent the home and have answered all of my questions or concerns in a timely manner. I look forward to planning our future summer vacations together.

Enjoyed out sray

I wish I could break the Stars up into 2 categories, giving the home itself 5 Stars and the location a 3. There were 10 of us and the place was very clean, had more then enough room for everyone to be together...or apart if needed. Everything we needed was there and worked fine, minus a few mishaps ( oven was a nightmare, burnt most things we tried to cook), TV in one of the bedrooms upstairs never worked ( cable coming out of the back of the TV was broken), hot water was sporadic in 2 of the 5 bedrooms all week and the A/C was acting strangely on the main floor for 2 of the days we were there. But honestly none of those things bothered us or warranted a phone call to management. The pool did get very cloudy on day 5 and a serviceman was at the house early the next morning to add some chemicals and he even cleaned the bottom of the pool. The proximity to the beach was incredible!!! We had a 2 year old and a 75 year old ( super fit) and of course we were back and forth all day long with no problem. The two main issues were the condo's next door and I mean next door, we were eye to eye with the balcony's and people were coming and going all day long. Friday night must be party night with loud screaming and yelling, doors slamming as well as condo guests loudly complaining to the rowdy group. What was even worse was the hammering on the new house next door. It would start between 6:30 and 7:00 am every morning, waking basically everyone in the house and would go on all day including Saturday morning when we finally left. I did call management asking about the issue and they were fully aware that the building had been going on for months. I totally understand that you cannot control something of this nature but I do believe a guest should be notified prior to arrival and let them make the decision as to whether they want to be relocated or at least offered a discount. To our group sleeping is luxury that none of us get to experience except on vacation and that was 100% not possible on this trip.

Owner's Response: Thank you for taking the time to review our property. We are so glad that you enjoyed our home. We see that you mentioned having a few "mishaps" during your visit. We are sorry about that. We respect the fact that these were not "bothersome", but do wish that we would have been notified so that we could have made your stay more comfortable . Many times previous guests fail to mention things upon departure (like the broken cable) if we are unaware of items needing attention, we are unable to make repairs (unfortunately, cleaners many times don't catch these type of things). There is construction going on next door. We have not had any complaints to date and so we have not felt it necessary to reach out to incoming guests to offer alternatives. We do appreciate your input and suggestion of reaching out to our guests about the construction. We have never had any reports of problems with the complex next door, and do apologize for any disruptions that may have occurred from there (this is not typical) . The proximity to the beach is great at this home and pool staff are spot on when it comes to taking care of the pool. So glad that you were able to enjoy these amenities. Please feel free to contact us at any time should you have any further concerns or needs. We hope that you will choose to stay with us again in the future, if not at Red Cherry's - then maybe one of our other properties along 30-A. Thank you Again! Red Cherry was even better than the pictures! The house had everything we needed plus! We had a party of 8 adults and three grandchildren. Would highly recommend renting Red Cherry!

Red Cherry was even better than the pictures! The house had everything we needed plus! We had a party of 8 adults and three grandchildren. Would highly recommend renting Red Cherry!

Great location...great house

Well maintained home with great access to the beach. The pool was a bit dirty but that is expected with it being at the beach. Rooms were roomy and we had enough amenities to serve all 10 people. Only drawback was that we needed a plunger and it took 3 calls to our contact person to get a plunger to us. The entire process took 2 days. Otherwise, we were happy.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review of our home! We are glad that you were happy with your visit and would love to have you back. We agree, that with the pool being so close to the beach and sand dunes, there can be sand blown over onto the pool deck and there are actually some stains on the concrete that will not come clean. But, the pool and property are well maintained as we have our maintenance people drop by a minimum of two times a week. We see that you felt like it took too long to get a response about the plumbing situation. William West was by there within 24 hours of the first call regarding the plumbing problems and indeed addressed each bathroom and made sure any clogs were cleared before leaving. He attempted to make contact the following day and even knocked on the door several times with no answer and at that point left a plunger on the front porch for use during your stay. He indicated that during his follow up you had a great conversation. We understand that it can be frustrating when issues crop up during a vacation, but we feel like all communication was on spot. Again, we appreciate your review and we are happy that you enjoyed your stay! We look forward to helping you with you next vacation!

Very nice place to stay-

Our stay at Red Cherry's was very nice. The house was very clean and had just about everything you could need. It had some basics to get you started - sample shampoos, soap, dishwasher soap, and a few garbage bags. It also had a few games like Scrabble, Cranium, etc. The pool was maintained twice while we were there. It is not heated, but that didn't bother the kids that it was cold. You don't have access to the garage or some closet space as I guess that is where the owners keep their things. We would have liked to remove the top carrier we had on our vehicle, but no biggie. Plenty of parking. There is a small driveway where the garage/house is, but a longer one on the right side of the house. One thing we didn't really like is that the house is next to a 4-story condo place. It wasn't loud, but some of them used the private walkway to the beach. The building also blocks your view. Since the house sits back off the beach some, the sand dune in front of the house and other other larger houses directly on the beach also block your view. You do have a decent view from the 3rd floor balcony and a pretty good one on the 2nd floor. The sand/beach is amazing! Super clean, quiet - white sand/very few shells - no stones! We rented chairs and an umbrella and they set them up daily. We used Coastal Crib rental for our baby equipment. Super job on their part! Equipment was in great condition!!! Area is nice - great for a run, bike ride, walk, etc. The last thing to comment on was Holiday Properities! They were outstanding! We called on them for 3 different items - specialty lightbulbs were out, blender broke, and water leaking in after bad rainstorm from a window on the first floor. William entered, presented his business card, discussed the issues and promptly returned the next day due to traffic after finding the correct bulb. He installed each, set up our new blender - and checked all to make sure all was working properly. With the leak, another gentleman was over, fixed it promptly and asked to call if it occurred again. Both acted in very professional ways and were very personable. We appreciate that in anyone that we have to deal with while on vacation! We enjoyed our stay and all that Holiday Properties did for us! The only other thing, if you have little kids, bring a few plastic cups. They are all glass! There was one baby rubber covered spoon and a toddler one as well.

Fun times!!!

We had a wonderful time at Red Cherry's. The accommodations were perfect for our family. The house was lovely, we enjoyed the private pool and of course the view of the ocean is priceless. Coffee on the balcony every morning after a nice long walk was a favorite activity. We also really liked the neighborhood where the home was located as it was the perfect location to access the beach communities to the east or west. We made many wonderful memories at Red Cherry's and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!!!!
