About Lisa Mullins
One sister uses this property as her home away from her Washington, DC home whenever she opts to unleash upon us yokels her cranky little terrier and two 'lively' Tween and Teen kids. Living just a few doors away from said property ... and the aforementioned terrier/niece/nephew trifecta: this aunt -- in need of respite! -- is more than happy to extend top-notch hospitality to non-relatives.
Lisa Mullins purchased this Townhouse in 2007
Why Lisa Mullins chose Licking Riverside
Listed on The National Register of Historic Places in 1971, Covington KY's Historic Licking Riverside Neighborhood has long been one of the premier historic districts in Greater Cincinnati, and was recognized by The American Planning Association as 'A 2013 Great Place in America.' ( 1 of 10). And Cincinnati -- 'The Queen City' -- is cosmopolitan and cozy at the same time, and just a stone's throw away.
What makes this Townhouse unique
Location, History, Ambience, Comfort, View, and 'ThisClose' Proximity to Cincinnati, and Multiple Dining, Cultural + Entertainment, Big 'n Small Retail, a Terrific Riverfront Park, and Sporting Destinations. Walkable + ease of access to "Red Bike" rentals and Trolley. Dedicated off-street parking. Sports Peeps ~ Both stadiums are well-less than a mile + a 'festive' (Go Reds!) -- or -- a 'raucous' (Who Dey!) walk/trolley ride ($1 per person/runs every 15 minutes) away. Tailgating begins at our corner. Indians'/Browns' and Pirates'/Steelers' fans: Prepare for Good-Natured Ribbing en route ...

Great home & greater host
Home is lovely in a cute neighborhood with tons of restaurants, coffee shops, bars within walking distance. Downtown is just over the bridge. We unfortunately stayed when the coronovirus broke out but Lisa couldn’t have made our stay better! She welcomed us with a well appointed home & coffee & snacks! We loved having her nearby just in case of an issue! We will definitely be back. Thank you!
Greenup Street townhouse
Nice house in a good location with lots to do within walking distance. Lisa was very accommodating. Thanks for a great stay!
Lap of luxury
I couldn't have been more pleased. The house is gorgeous, huge, and perfectly located. Really nice setup with privacy for all the bedrooms and, with the entire first floor as LR, DR, kitchen and a large den on the third floor, there is always plenty of room.
Lisa went way out of her way to provide lots of nice extras.
My wife and I spent Thanksgiving week in this wonderful home. Lisa was fantastic to work with. Every Thanksgiving we visit family in Cincy and this year we decided to give this home a try. Our visiting experience was completely transformed by the spaciousness and comfort offered by this house. The decor and furnishings were perfect for us to relax and feel like we were home. It was the perfect launching point to visit family as well as the local restaurants. We could not have asked for more and definitely plan to stay again next year!
Great stay, and our host welcomed us with 2 pints of the best ice cream ever waiting for us in the freezer!
