This immaculate 3200 sq ft home has 2 master bedrooms each with en suite bath- plus a queen bedroom and a bunk room. It easily sleeps 0.

The fully equipped kitchen is open to the lofted family room. The kitchen island with stove faces the view, the fireplace and the big screen TV so you don't miss anything if you're the cook .

The covered porch and deck are equipped with a grill and outdoor dining set for relaxing and enjoying the view.

All of this privacy is within walking distance to N Woodstock center and a 5 minute drive to Lincoln and Loon Mountain. all Restaurants, hiking,biking,skiing kayaking, zip lining etc is literally at your doorstep.

Some of the many amenities at the house are WiFi, 2 large flat screen TV'S, one on the main level, the other on the lower level, both with cable and DVD players. A fire pit on the stone patio, a large soaking tub with underwater lighting in the master bath and a pool table as well as foosball.

If you're interested in a luxury vacation with a low carbon footprint, the house is heated and cooled efficiently with a geothermal system. Has water and energy saving appliances, LED lighting and many other features that got this home certified at the Emerald level of the National Green Building Standard.

We wanted to build our dream home in the the White Mountain area that we never get tired of visiting. So much to do in all seasons. skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, gorgeous mountain views and waterfalls. Plus excellent restaurants from casual to fine dining. We built it sustainably and we keep it green, not just with low energy use from our geothermal system but green cleaning and recycling.

Why Mark Wolbarst chose Loon Mountain Area

It's a unique location in a neighborhood on the edge of the White Mountain National Forest but 1/2 mile (walking distance) to the scenic New England village of North Woodstock, with restaurants, the Woodstock Inn, and Cascade Park. It's a 5 minute drive from Loon Mountain- skiing in the winter and tram rides to the top in the summer and fall and the Kangamaugus Highway scenic drive to North Conway.

Outdoor patio with firepit for toasting marshmallows or toasting wine.wood provided. Great stargazing at night. Coffee on the covered porch in the morning . Just relaxing on the deck,reading a book and looking out at the scenery.

This Green home will be a huge hit !

Our group of 6 adults 3 ,siblings and spouses, could not have been happier. We have an annual snowshoe weekend in February and have stayed at about 6 locations through the 13 + years. This was by far the best. Ease of use and check in / out was seamless. What is needed for the cooking, fireplace and fire pit is perfect. The cabinets and refrigerator are not cluttered with left behind items. Requirements such as oils and seasonings were more than enough for all meals and appetizers. Thank you for sharing this wonderful home and your efforts to reduce the carbon footprint.

A great place to stay

We had the pleasure of staying here for a long weekend and the house did not disappoint. It's perfectly located just minutes from great food and activities in Lincoln, but also offers plenty of comfortable space for folks to hang inside or out. I would recommend this location to anyone.

The home was awesome and better than advertised. Great private location close to all activities.

Excellent floor plan for three families - master bedroom and full bath on each floor. Loft level had a great sitting area adjacent to the private master bedroom. Lower level with master and bunk room is on same level as game room and backyard. Huge deck on main floor has a beautiful view of the mountains. The house and property was well maintained. There was plenty of firewood for our campfires. Mark, thanks for being so helpful throughout the process. We look forward to another family vacation at your home. Terry, Joe and family

Absolutely gorgeous house!!

Our stay in North Woodstock was amazing! The house looked beautiful in the photos online, but I was so impressed when I saw it in person. It was clean, huge, but felt like a home at the same time. The kids loved playing and having the open space, the bedrooms and all the bathrooms were perfect as it was 3 families that rented the house. Mark was great and got back to me in a timely manner always and gave me lots of information about things to do in the area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and can't wait to rebook again for next year! Thank you!!

The home was exactly as described and in wonderful condition.

Our extended family of 6 adults and 2 young children had plenty of space and thoroughly enjoyed our time at the house. The views of the mountains from the windows are spectacular! The kitchen was well stocked with what we needed- we only wished that we had brought a crockpot. Not only is the location beautiful it is also very convenient to Lincoln and North Woodstock.
