Ko Olina is the best
Great location, building, and Ko Olina is the best!
Loved our stay at The Beach Villas at Ko Olina. Would stay here again!
Beautiful, clean and had a resort-like feeling. The best part is that is was not overly crowded like the surrounding properties.
Our condo at KoOlina Beach Villas was wonderful. Clean, well stocked, and safe. The view from the lanai was peaceful. The pool was nice, not overcrowded like the one next door. The lagoons were the safest swimming we found on the island.
One of the best vacations we've ever had
This was my first time using this site, so I was unsure of what to expect. The rental process was straightforward and we received clear communication in advance on how to fill out rental agreements/etc.
The Beach Villas were about 30 min from the airport and the location was perfect for us, far away from the crowds in Waikiki. The lagoon was pristine and the water was calm, making it ideal for families with young children. The pool/grounds are immaculate and the staff was always very friendly. The assigned parking is convenient and the building is very secure, requiring key card entry at almost every turn, even to use the elevator. The villa had quite a lot of beach gear including pool noodles, sand toys, body boards and beach chairs. We actually brought a beach shelter but they are apparently not allowed on the beach.
The villa itself was phenomenal. The lanai was our favorite part and we spent much of our time out there. The owners took care to stock the unit with basic household essentials, making it easy to prepare meals and do laundry. The appliances were high end, but I didn't find them to be very functional. It took a long time for the cooktops and oven to preheat (almost 25 min for 450!!). Perhaps I am just accustomed to gas appliances. The unit had TWO dishwashers, but they didn't clean the dishes that well either. Those were my only minor complaints. Eating out in Hawaii can be expensive, so this was a great way to save some money.
Kapolei Commons is just 10 min away, with a large Target and Costco is right across the street. We could see the Disney resort from our unit and enjoyed the music of the nightly luau and even got to see their fireworks right from our lanai! We enjoyed the character breakfast there one morning, however I am so glad we opted to stay here instead of at the Disney resort. This was a MUCH better value.
We enjoyed everything about our stay. Would recommend this place without hesitation!
Great spot as listed.
