Unique , one of a kind , spectacular beachfront unit with stunning huge tiled private terrace on the 4th floor right at beach level!

Hear the sound of the waves 24 hours a day on this hard to find balcony/terrace that easily seats 10 people for an oceanfront dinner, or even have a small party under the stars!

Beautiful , tastefully decorated remodeled condo with exquisite details , tile floors , granite and wood kitchen, upscale furnishings, maintained in impeccable condition.

Top Mid MB location on Millionaires row , near South beach , Aventura , Bal Harbour , Lincoln road, etc.

Large 960 sq ft condo (plus almost 600 sq ft balcony) with lots of closet space . King size bed in the bedroom and an inflatable Queen bed is available for a 3rd guest .

The Pavilion is one of the biggest buildings in the area with one of the widest beaches ( almost a city block wide ) that is a hardly ever crowded, it has an Olympic size pool, picnic area near beach with BBQ ,a gym , game room, roofed valet parking included in rent , plus an additional self drive extra wide roofed parking also included in you rental !

Why the Owner Chose Pavillion: We had previously owned a condo on the Pavilion for 5 years , which we sold in 1999. In 2005, we decided to again buy a beachfront condo as a second home and looked at the newer buildings , but they were no match to the Pavilion , as most of these new buildings are very narrow with a very narrow beach and much smaller condos and we again chose the Pavilion , and were lucky to have found this unit with the spectacular terrace.

Why Ramon S Coloma chose Miami Beach

We had previously owned a condo on the Pavilion for 5 years , which we sold in 1999. In 2005, we decided to again buy a beachfront condo as a second home and looked at the newer buildings , but they were no match to the Pavilion , as most of these new buildings are very narrow with a very narrow beach and much smaller condos and we again chose the Pavilion , and were lucky to have found this unit with the spectacular balcony.

Great beachfront condo

Our second stay in this beautiful beachfront well kept condo. It is well supplied with all the necessities and plenty of closet space. Mr. Coloma personally greets us and he is great to work with during the rental process. We hope to return soon!

A wonderful month in the sun

The large balcony had a great view of sunrises and the rarely packed beach. It was easy to enjoy the morning sun on the balcony then move to the beach or pool later. It was convenient to walk or drive to the grocery store, bank and other shops. The building had a mix of families who lived there and vacationers but it was never loud or uncomfortable considering Spring Break and Easter both occurred while I was there. The owners met me when I arrived and made sure everything was clear; also left important contact information. The apartment itself was immaculate and comfortable. Beach accessories filled a closet! The bus stopped just outside the building. As well the building is a pickup stop for a tour company so you don't have to go all the way into Miami. The owners were a pleasure to deal with. It is obvious they take pride in the rental. I am glad they are willing to share this gem!

Wonderful , incredible views !

My wife and I had a wonderful time in this very beautiful apartment right on the beach with the most incredible balcony and an spectacular view !

Apartment is ready to come in and enjoy as it has every thing you will need , just bring your clothes !

Great location in the very quiet middle of Miami beach and near all the attractions .

Everything was perfect , my wife wants us to come back sometime !

Breathtaking view of the ocean

We were personally greeted by the owners of the property upon arrival. The condo is very neat and tidy, and well supplied with all of the necessities we needed for our stay. The balcony is great and a gorgeous view of the ocean. Mr. Coloma was wonderful to work with during the rental process and very responsive to all our questions and needs. We will recommend this property to friends. A great place to stay we will be back!
