About this property

A beautiful home in Wolfeboro Bay just one mile from downtown!

The main home is beautifully decorated, well equipped, bright and open concept, with large sliding doors to the lake front views.
*Well equipped kitchen;
*2 full baths;
*Two bedrooms with one queen bed each;
*One bedroom with two double beds;
*Washer/dryer.

The guest house offers:
*Additional living area;
*Wet bar;
*Three-quarter bath with walk in shower;
*Open concept sleeping of four twin beds;

The dock can adequately hold up to one 28' boat. There are no water hazards around our dock. Goodhue Hawkins is walking distance making boat rentals & launching convenient.

There is a swim ladder at the end of the dock, and beautiful stone steps that lead you into a shallow, sandy swim area. Swim out to the swim raft to float and relax, or for some cannonballs!

Ample green space to come off the water and play yard games.

Gas grill and propane provided.

There is an outside fireplace for your enjoyment. Firewood is available for your use.

Wowsa!!!

This property is incredible!! From the very beginning with the hosts kindness and hospitality to the actual visit, everything was perfect. We are a family of 16 and the layout and spacing couldn’t have been more accommodating. The grounds are impeccable from the manicure lawn to the well maintained, multi level patio/deck/dock. Our family really liked the fire pit and spent most of our nights gathered around just enjoying the views. You are so close to downtown Wolfeboro that we could walk there in under 15 minutes. I’ve stayed in a few rentals and this one by far is he best. We already are talking about next year! Thank you for sharing your lakehouse with us!
