Enjoy stunning views of Roosevelt Channel from the large 1.5 acre estate offering two private homes. Between both homes, this property can accommodate up to 20 people.
The "Bay" House is a three bedroom, three and a half direct bay front home with a private pool that can accommodate up to six people. The main living level offers the large living room with 70" flat panel TV and doors leading out to the large screened in porch with ample outdoor seating. There is a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and double ovens. The breakfast nook overlooks the bay. There is a large pantry with second fridge, formal dining room with seating for ten. This level also offers a half bathroom, laundry room with front loader washer/dryer. The left bedroom offers a king bed, walk in closet, TV/DVD Player, and full bathroom. The right bedroom offers a king bed, walk in closet, TV/DVD Player, full bathroom and french doors that lead out to the screened in porch.
The house offers a private pool with outdoor loungers and outdoor seating and BBQ Grill.
This house does not offer deeded beach access, but Turner Beach is just one mile up the road with the Captiva Village located within a short two mile drive. Plenty of space to store your boat and trailer or just fish off the boat dock. This is the perfect home to have your family reunion where everyone can gather.
**We also offer the second home on the property called "Orange-U-Glad". These homes can be rented together or separately.**
