This property with the two houses on it was too good to pass up. It is a beautiful and enchanted location. Honestly the property picked me. I walked in with a real estate client and instantly knew this was going to be my home.

Fantastic place for our family
Great for our outdoor loving family. Picking blackberries , fishing in their pond, cooking out, campfire, private, much history. The kids loved it here! Close proximity to Letchworth State Park. Many activities in the area. We were lucky to be able to enjoy the Wyoming County fair during our weekly stay. Julie and Bob could not have been more accommodating. Wonderful relaxing time.
What a wonderful family! We enjoyed having you stay and hope you come back again. It was nice to see children romping around playing outdoors!
Beautiful Well cared for. If only you could control the weather and mosquitos and keep the temperature under 80 degrees.
You and Bob are great hosts. The bungalow has provided many wonderful memories of our several stays there.
The only downside was the water - the taste and sulfur smell We did go thru a lot of bottled water.
Take care. Amy
A wonderful historic home in beautiful surroundings. Our host's gracious hospitality was awesome.
We loved this charming historic property in a beautiful little village in Upstate New York. The grounds are filled with trees and flowers, a beautiful pond.
The huge fireplace and soaring ceilings of the living and dining room feels like you are in a castle.
Our hosts definitely have the gift of hospitality. They were like having our own travel agents and Chamber of Commerce, directing us to amazing sites and fabulous restaurants.
What a pleasure to have you back a second time! Wonderful that you brought your group of friends all celebrating anniversaries. We so enjoy meeting new people and sharing our "little paradise" .
Relax and unwind in this beautiful setting and gorgeous house!
We chose this particular property based on its many positive reviews on the VRBO website, and we were by no means disappointed, as the reviews that describe the house and property and their hosts were very accurate.
Not ever having spent time in the state of New York, we decided that we wanted to check out its beauty and vacation in rural surroundings. The BF Bungalow was the perfect setting for doing so. Situated on 50+ lovingly maintained private acres full of woods and fields of wild flowers with many paths meandering through, this spacious historic house is a perfect place to get away from it all, while also being a perfect base from which to go on many different adventures which aren't too far away. The attractively decorated and very clean house has much charm and character, many nooks and crannies in which to relax, plenty of comfortable furniture, and is fully supplied with whatever one can think of needing. The setting is serene and gorgeous - so much beauty for the the senses to soak up. Our stay in the midst of summer was a great success despite the absence of A/C and pretty warm weather (low to mid 80s): several fans and open windows at night provided cool air, and the spring-fed pond provided swimming refreshment. Not having TV or Internet (though cell phones work beautifully - AT&T and Verizon) was a huge plus for us. The historic character of the house and many of its antique furnishings lend themselves to feeling as though one has slipped back in time a bit, sighing a breath of relief, freed from all the busyness that too often accompanies our modern electronic era. We made several outings - Niagara Falls State Park (plus Canada), beautiful Letchworth State Park, Lake Ontario and Rochester, and several of the Finger Lakes. We thoroughly enjoyed the beauty of western New York and are thankful to owners Julie and Bob for making their home available and for being kind and helpful hosts! They obviously put a lot of love and labor into this gem. We warmly recommended it!
it was a pleasure having you stay. So happy you enjoyed a little piece of paradise.
A fantastic place to unwind and relax!
I used the bungalow as a home base while reconnecting with family in the area. It was located in the perfect location; far enough away to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the country, but close to amenities and local attractions. The house was spacious enough for family to stop by and visit while maintaining a cozy charm. Bob does an impeccable job manicuring the grounds and Julie was friendly and attentive. I've already recommended the bungalow to friends and family alike. My only regret was that my family obligations pulled us away from the bungalow more than I wanted.
So happy you had a great stay here. We love sharing our special place. Come back anytime.
Great place, stayed 10 nights. Bob and Julie are the best!
