Quiet Surf’s second townhome has a sign hanging right beside the back door to the beach that says” A bad day at the beach is better than a good day at work”. What a perfect reminder that every day spent on the sunny shores of the Gulf and just steps from a cozy haven to spend your nights in is a pretty good day!

The crisp white kitchen and colorfully patterned living room look out onto the furnished porch and beach, while upstairs you’ll find two serene bedrooms.

The master suite has its own balcony that offers a quiet escape and birds eye view of the laughter of your happy family enjoying their best beach vacation ever.

Not only is everything here more enjoyable, it’s convenient, too! Free wireless internet, a washer and dryer and a location that’s close to all the entertainment add up to a beach vacation like no other.

This townhome requires a 7 night Saturday to Saturday stay during Spring Break and Summer. There is a 4 night requirement during the off seasons.

Quiet Surf 🌊 best way to wake up☀️!

We had a wonderful stay at Quiet Surf. It is clean and the location was perfect with a fabulous deck off the master bedroom... I didn’t want to leave! My 5 children and I had plenty of room and where so happy to be directly on the beach makes the experience perfect! Thank you!

Location, Location, Location!!

We just returned from a week in Quiet Surf 2, #2, and despite the one day Hurricane Irma blew through as a Trop Storm, we had a fantastic vacation. The property is spacious (master bedroom is HUGE), clean, tastefully decorated, well stocked with linens, kitchen needs and beach toys, and the location cannot be beat -- just yards from the deck steps to the gulf, walking distance to 3 good restaurants (Kenny D's is directly across the street -- great food and service, very casual -- we walked up from the beach for lunch most days and then back to the beach!) and the nightly sunsets were spectacular. Every day we saw a lot of dolphins swimming by and sea turtles hatched on our last day from a nest in front of our town home! A couple of minor and mostly cosmetic concerns -- both shower heads desperately need replacing -- the kind where you have to jump around to get wet and rinsing hair is difficult, the hall bath shower curtain rod is very, very rusty and there are no towel bars in there at all so towels thrown over the rod picked up the rust. Needs towel bars!! The paint is flaking off the ceiling in that bath as well and overall the paint job in the whole place is kind of shoddy with previous colors showing through. Also, we had to keep things constantly plugged into one outlet by the kitchen sink as ants kept coming through it. But as I said these things were minor and certainly were not a deal breaker for us. What we wanted was a nice, clean home where we could walk out to the beach right off of our deck steps instead of lugging tons of stuff down an elevator from the 14th floor of a condo and that is precisely what we got. We absolutely loved it and we will do everything in our power to stay there again, hopefully next year!!

We just finished our stay at Quiet Surf Townhomes II #2. Had a wonderful time and hated to leave. The unit was spacious and clean. The best part is the location! Steps away from the beach with beautiful views! Before booking our visit I had asked about a review that I read mentioning the deck in need of repair and was told those repairs were made. They weren't. That was the only drawback to this unit. Nail heads sticking up everywhere and boards splitting. The unit itself was in good shape. With that being said, we will definitely come back and hope that the repairs will be made as promised before we go back.

September 2016 Stay

Our family stayed 5 nights and loved the property . The rental is very clean and very roomy . You have a half bath down stairs , with a washer and dryer for laundry . There are two sleeper sofas in the downstairs main room . The kitchen is large enough with all the conveniences you would expect .

The views from both the upstairs balcony and the deck are absolutely stunning and worth the trip itself . Do yourself a favor and sit out on the first floor deck at sunset! Love it !

Footsteps away from beach

View is spectacular

Cons :

Private Beach is not policed . People from the neighboring rentals(large hotels ) ignore the private beach signs and invade your space . If you are wanting a private beach , this isn't it and it should not be billed as one .

Overall it was a great stay . The fact that people cross the private beach markings and no one cares was bothersome, but that won't prevent me from considering this unit for my next getaway .

While there are areas designated as private beach, the county has passed a customary use ordinance so private beaches are no longer enforced. August 2016 Stay

We stayed at Quiet Surf #2. The unit was as portrayed. It had really nice furnishings and everything we needed.

It was literally steps from the ocean, gorgeous view. I made the mistake of replacing a flood light not being aware of the protocol when being around sea turtle nesting areas. As soon as I was made aware, I immediately removed the light. Hence the sand sculpture "Ode to Sea Turtles". My apologies to the sea turtles and sea turtle people. I would definitely stay again at this unit. The only drawback was the downstairs balcony needed. some repair. There were still some nail heads were still sticking up and a couple of spindles from the railing were missing and some were loose. A little bit of safety issue but when I reported it I did say it would be okay to repair after check out. All in all we made wonderful memories and had a good experience with Newman Daily.

July 2016 Stay

I recently stayed in your Quiet Surf II unit #2. The appliances in the unit were very outdated for the amount of the rental. Also, the complimentary beach service could use work. It was a constant fight to keep outsiders out of the chairs and not use the umbrella. The other property management companies to the left and right of us had a representative on site all day to ensure their correct guests had use of the beach service. Newman daily did not provide any. We called to let Newman daily know we were having issues and were told there was nothing that could be done since it was a public beach. Not true.. There are 2 signs posted between the quiet surf II properties stating "private beach". I felt we paid a high premium to be on the beach and have beach service, but pretty much got the same level of service had we paid much less and stayed in the condos across the street. Very disappointed. I really don't see the value in paying for that property again unless changes are made.
