Plus, extras like a huge master bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub and a full laundry room make this a luxurious yet functional retreat.
Mediterranea enjoys eye catching architecture, a fantastic location, pristine landscaping and great amenities. Its half circle, five story design surrounds a green lawn edged in towering palm trees and tropical foliage. A spacious pool with a hot tub and plenty of sun bathed chairs are at the center of the immaculate lawn. Mediterranea 512 has two balconies that not only overlook this manmade paradise but that also view the always breathtaking Gulf of Mexico just steps away. Other amenities include tennis courts, a fitness center, a clubhouse, underground parking and 497 ft of unobstructed and deeded beach access.
During Spring Break and Summer this condo requires a 7-night, Saturday to Saturday stay. All other times there is a 3 night minimum.
We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.
