This beach house is located in a private cul-de-sac cottage neighborhood lined with palm trees and white picket fences, leading to the white sands of the emerald waters, just a 2 minute walk with no roads to cross. The neighborhood pool is conveniently located just 50 feet away. Directly across the street, you’ll find the grocery store and Silver Sands Outlet mall.

This house was built in 2003, giving it all the modern niceties and new look throughout. The 1700 sq. ft are organized with a large open living, eating and kitchen downstairs with tile flooring throughout. The kitchen is the largest of the floor designs in the neighborhood, open to the dining and living areas. It is equipped with all the appliances, utensils, dishes and cooking equipment required for the cook in the family.

All three bedrooms are located upstairs giving you peace and quiet for those long afternoon vacation naps! The master bedroom is very spacious with a king size bed, large closet and attached master bathroom. The second bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed, and the third bedroom, two twin beds, both with ample closet space. All 3 bedrooms are fully carpeted and equipped with TVs and DVD players. There is also a second full bath upstairs to accommodate the second and third bedrooms.

Relax on any of the three outdoor balconies furnished with chairs or prepare your favorite cut of meat on the gas grill. The upstairs balcony has a sneak peek of the Gulf waters. There is covered parking available and a driveway large enough to park three vehicles. This house is also pet friendly.

Loved our stay here! Everything was as described and in some cases even better. Working with Kathy was amazing. The few minor problems were remedied in a short period of time. We have been coming to this area for 8 years and we have to say that of all the property managers we have encountered Kathy is by far the best. Her attention to details is fantastic and she really cares about the properties she manages and the people who rent them. The owners are lucky to have her watch over their properties. We are looking forward to coming back next year. We know that the weather might not be as good as it was this year, but we know this property will be as clean and well taken care of as it was this year. Thanks again Kathy for everything.

Mr. and Mrs. Pedersen, Since this is the first home I have bought and use as a vacation rental, you could imagine how concerned we will be with our reviews. It is great to see that our first guests since purchasing Sun (Son) Seeker were happy with their stay and with Kathy, our property manager. We will be staying there ourselves next week, for the first time, and I will do a top to bottom inspection of my own. Even though your review was great, I will do everything in my power to make all future guests feel at home while enjoying the Miramar Beach/Destin area with their family. I plan to retire in this home someday and want to make it home to those that bless us with their stay and ensure that all of the details are attended to without exception. The reason we bought this year is due to our last rental of a condo in the area that turned out to almost be inhabitable. We had to buy sheets and towels and blankets to lay over the couch cushions. This convinced me of two things..1. Never give my hard earned income to someone that doesn't respect their property or guests and 2. Ensure that no one ever views our greatest asset in the same manner. This is why I will be obsessive about ensuring everything is done to make our blessed guests comfortable in this home. Absolutely perfect!

Our family of 6 had a fabulous stay at the Sun Seeker! It was a lot bigger than the pictures show, very spacious, very comfortable and so close to everything, yet still away from it all! Having the grocery store within walking distance was perfect. We enjoyed sitting on the balconies with our coffee and wine, the outdoor shower made a huge difference and the beach front was PERFECT! It was a very short walk, and private! Away from all the crowded condos! The owners were so accommodating and easy to communicate with...We definitely plan to rent this cottage again! There were no negatives to our trip!

A little slice of paradise

We look forward to staying at this cottage when we go to the beach. It is very accommodating, has everything you need, convenient to the beach and everything else. A little slice of paradise. The front porch is a great place to relax and enjoy the breeze. We had a great time and will be back again.

Relaxing!

Our family very much enjoyed staying in this rental over the past week. It is located within a 2 minute walk to the beach and about a 10 second walk to the pool - ideal! Our young children loved the location (beach/pool) and we loved the quick/easy access to the grocery store, Outlet mall, etc... The home is well maintained and quite a bit larger than we had expected based on the photos. It was very comfortable for us and our dog, too! Kathy was great to ensure we arrived and got home safely. The house is well equipped for cooking with both the kitchen tools and the outside grill. The neighborhood is very cute and we met several families. Our only disappointment of the week was when our one child's shoes were stolen at the walkway where we left them by the beach (happened to multiple people that day and I heard it happened to some families the prior year) - my advice would be to keep your shoes with you when heading onto the beach.

The Best Vacation Locationt!!

This fabulous home and the location exceeded our expectations. We have been coming to Destin with our family, kids and dog, for 4 years now. The proximity to the beach was so convenient ( just a 1 minute walk down the neighborhood path ) The house was across the street from the private neighborhood pool, which was very convenient for all of us. We spent half the day at pool then went to the beach for an amazing sunset. The location is great, we walked to the grocery store, which had a yogurt store next to it, the kids loved that! The Outlet stores were just across the street from there. (I forgot my tennis shoes.) The inside of the house was laid out perfectly and very clean. I enjoyed the large kitchen, which had enough room for the dog to lay on the floor while I cooked and I didn't even step on him, like I do at home. (thanks for being pet friendly) The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils I needed. The last condo we stayed in didn't even have a wine key! The kids enjoyed the big living room space, with a large flat screen TV, so they could jump around and play their video games. All the bedrooms had TVs and a DVD players, which was great, so my husband and I could watch a movie in peace! (We couldn't even hear the kids jumping around downstairs) The laundry room was a bonus. I know it's silly, but the master bathroom had his and her sinks, and a king size bed. (Very important for us) The master balcony was a nice added spot. I enjoyed my evening glass of wine there. The kids had their own bedrooms and bathroom, very nice for us all. All and all this spacious house is the way to go, we always would rent condos, and I always felt like with the kids and dog, there was never enough room. We loved how quiet and quaint the neighborhood was too. Made us really feel at home! We have already told our friends about the house, they booked for a week in June. And we are already planning Spring Break 2015 to be here again. I feel this house is a hidden gem, Best House and Best Location in Destin. (Oh I forgot to mention the nightlife) 5 minutes from putt-putt and race carts. 5 minutes from movie theater. Go feed the alligators at Fudpuckers, 5 minutes to great restaurants of the Baytowne. Our night out without the kids, we went to the Cuvée Wine Bistro, great food and wine!! Thanks for making this our Best Vacation Experience in Destin! See you next year!
