This five-bedroom villa rental in Mallorca is located on the waterfront, just 40 meters from the front garden to the sand. Within easy walking distance of the beach and the village center, as well as various shops and restaurants, this holiday villa to rent in Mallorca is a wonderful place to relax during your Spanish vacation. Behind you, the Sierra de Tramuntana mountain range is overlooks the town and shelters it from the elements. This villa in Majorca will allow you to enjoy numerous walks along the beach and into the hills (take a map!), along with stunning views of the bay. Along the seafront, hotels retain a vintage 1920’s air, carried over in the architecture from when tourists first started frequenting the area. If you’re interested in the historical element of the island, there are also several small museums in the area.
This villa is surrounded by ample space for swimming, sunning, and dining, both in front (where you’ll have a gorgeous view of the beach and the bay) and in back, where you’ll find a swimming pool (8m x 4m, 1-2m deep) and an enclosed barbecue room.
Ground Floor: Enter into a living/dining area with couches, satellite TV, and a dining table with seating for six. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. In addition to a covered dining terrace and a front porch, there are to bedrooms on the ground floor. The first has two twin-beds and the second bedroom has a double bed. There is one bathroom with a toilet, sink, bathtub, and separate shower, and a second bathroom with a sink, toilet, and shower (accessed from the dining terrace).
First Floor: On the first floor you’ll find three bedrooms: one with a double bed and ensuite bathroom with shower, and two twin-bedded rooms. There is a separate bathroom with a toilet, sink, bathtub, and separate shower. There is also a terrace with a view of the sea.
Annex: On the other side of the swimming pool there is a sitting/dining room with a dishwasher and laundry area with a washing machine and dryer.

The Pollensa area around this vacation rental offers a number of different activities, foremost among them the beaches. Several natural ones dot the coastline, as well as the primary artificial beach, which has been recently extended. The waters of the bay are particularly warm and shallow, excellent for families with children, while the usual array of facilities and water sports are available. Inland from the port, the old town of Pollensa offers a range of historic buildings (including a former Jesuit convent), as well as a Sunday morning market in Placa Major square. A little further away are the Calvari steps, all 365 of them, which are used annually on Good Friday for a religious procession. Pollensa is also home to the Albufereta Nature Reserve, 150 hectares of canals, lakes, and reed beds filled with nearly 200 species of birds.
