About RICK RIPLEY
This property is owned by Rick & Cathy Ripley and we live in Green Bay, WI. It is our plan to retire in the Fish Creek area one day. We especially enjoy the fall season when the maple trees are offering their magnificent color change. The maples are abundant in this part of the state.
RICK RIPLEY purchased this House in 2011
Why RICK RIPLEY chose Fish Creek
Fish Creek is the hub of Door County. This house is conveniently located in Door County making it only a 15-20 minute drive to most every activity you will want to go see.
What makes this House unique
We especially enjoy biking and walking in Peninsula State Park. A great walking trail is right out the back door and into the park. Our favorite bike ride is leaving from the house, travel east on Gibraltar Rd., take a left on Cty A and when you cross Hwy 42 your are in Peninsula State Park. We have found a very enjoyable 15 mile route which winds through the park, down to the park beach and back home. See me for details.

We all loved our stay at this house. It was very clean and comfortable and was well equipped with everything we needed and more!
We will be back!
If you are looking for a clean property this is the one! It is loaded with everything you need from extra toilet paper, to Kleenex, soap, kitchen supplies, etc. We used to stay in a home in Baileys Harbor and that property was sold so we had to find a new one and we did! We will be back! Thank you Rick and Cathy!
The place was amazing ,house so nice
Property is in a great location.
Great house in great location!
Our stay was wonderful!! House was very clean and it had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the fire pit as well! Location in Fish Creek was perfect as it was in the middle of all the things we love to do in Door County! We plan to return and looking forward to future stays!
Clean getaway in quiet cul de sac
Place was very clean and a great location for those who want to lounge in Epharim and shop in Fish Creek. Great size (we had 4 adults and 2 little ones) and cheaper than staying at a hotel.
Kitchen had all of the utensils and paper products - basically a full kitchen - really nice. No shortage of towels. Had a nice firepit! Living furniture was comfortable.
Property had blue jays, cardinals and chickadees to watch on two differemt porches. Suprisingly few mosquitoes!
Only negative was that one of the bedrooms had a pretty uncomfortable bed.
The only reason we might not consider this in the future was that we missed seeing the water.
Thanks for your response and we are happy you enjoyed your stay. Also thanks for letting me know which bed is due for replacement. A new one has been ordered and will be delivered within a week.
