About Tom and Sue (owners)
We (Tom and Sue) purchased Beaver Creek Ranch in 1991. Before buying our land here we traveled throughout the Rocky Mountains looking for the 'perfect place': great outdoor activities, close to wild areas and National Parks, exceptional natural beauty, abundant wildlife, friendly community with conveniences close by, and easy access from an airport. We think that this is truly one of the 'last best places', and we feel very privilged to own and be stewards of this little piece of paradise. We have lived on Beaver Creek Ranch since 1994, and we completed building our second home on the ranch in 2011. We are very pleased with how it turned out, and look forward to sharing it with friends and guests. We are amazed each day at the natural beauty of our 'back yard', and thoroughly enjoy viewing the wildlife that frequents the area. Each of our past guests, whether family, friends or VRBO guests, have commented that this is one of the most relaxing and memorable vacations they have ever experienced. We take great pleasure in sharing our home and the experiences it offers with others who love the outdoors, and enjoy the peace, quiet and tranquility that Beaver Creek Ranch provides. Tom is a semi-retired real estate broker and was a director with one of the world's premier five-star hospitality companies. We strive to exceed all of our guest expectations and provide a truly exceptional vacation experience. We spend our free time hiking, biking, golfing, floating on rivers, and exploring our beautiful western mountains. We would be happy to share our local knowledge with you to insure your vacation is memorable.

Why Tom and Sue (owners) chose Whitefish
Being on Beaver Creek Ranch you feel as if you are a world apart, yet, you are just a few short minutes to the town of Whitefish, and easy acess (20 minutes) to Kalispell airport. We can drive to Whitefish or Costco center with virtually no traffic or stop signs, but you are private and quiet when you get home. The private valley we sit in is unlike anything else in the area. When people who have lived in Flathead Valley for years first come here they often comment that they had no idea there was a place like this so close to town. It is truly unique, and irreplaceable.
What makes this House unique
We enjoy having our first cup of coffee in the morning sitting on the patio or by the Great Room windows and watching the sun rise on the high rock cliffs across the meadow, listening to the quiet, and watching for wildlife. We try to take walks every day, as we enjoy the miles of trails we have right from our back door. As much as we enjoy all of the activites to be found in Whitefish and Glacier Park, we particularly enjoy coming home to Beaver Creek Ranch, as it is a world apart, spectacular in it's beauty, and exceptionally quiet and peaceful.

The house and property were very nice and the owners were very easy to deal with. We were planning to take our kids skiing at Whitefish for the first time, unfortunately the Coronavirus pandemic closed the ski resorts and the restaurants. We made the best of our trip by relaxing and enjoying this nice home. Thank you to the property owners who helped us to make the best of our trip!
Thank you, so sorry that the pandemic occurred while you where here, but very happy that you and your family stayed safe and found things to enjoy in spite of the closings.
This was so much more than a rental house. It was a beautiful home. The owners have thought of everything, and could not have been nicer or better at communicating before and during our stay. Thank you Tom and Sue for your part in making our bucket list vacation so enjoyable.
We are happy that you enjoyed our home and your time in Montana. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and help make your visit to Montana memorable, it sounds like that was accomplished.
Tom and Sue, thank you for allowing our family to share your home. It was exactly what we needed to reconnect as a family. We had five adults and everything from the the beds to the scenery was perfect. We really enjoyed sitting at your big windows looking for the wildlife out in the valley below. We were able to have home cooked meals and more than enough utensils to help us. Everything in your listing was promised and more. We will definetly book with you again when we visit. Thank you again!!
Lori, We are so happy that you and your family enjoyed your stay at Beaver Creek Ranch. Our goal is to exceed our guests expectations, and to provide a memorable Montana experience. We are glad that you had both. Tom & Sue
Beautiful house, peaceful setting, lovely hosts
This home is beautiful and immaculate, and the property is stunning. Tom and Sue have taken the time to make your stay so enjoyable by making sure the house is well-stocked, including the kitchen, everything is labeled so it's easy to get comfortable quickly, and there is loads of information in the guest book. The house is situated in a lovely, peaceful development yet you are only about a 10-minute drive from Whitefish. Tom and Sue give you all the privacy you would like, but also are readily available if you have any questions. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
Sorry we took so long to respond to your thoughtful review. No excuse except just out and enjoying all Montana has to offer. We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay and that everything met or exceeded your expectations.
Perfect country getaway
We had a great experience. Very clean house and decorated nicely! Loved being out in the country looking at the wildlife in the pasture. The boys enjoyed hiking around. Loved our stay and we would love to stay here again!
We are so glad that you enjoyed your stay and your Montana experience. Sounds like the family enjoyed the white water rafting and horseback riding! We hope you and your family return to Montana and choose to stay at Beaver Creek Ranch. Tom and Sue
Beautiful home that exceeded expectations
My family and I rented this beautiful home over Christmas week and and I’m happy to say that the home, as well as our interactions with the owners, exceeded our expectations. The home was just as pictured on the website. It is a beautiful home that sits on a gorgeous piece of land. Each day, we admired the horses and deer roaming the property along with several beautiful sunrises. The home was clean and cozy and it more than met our needs. Being that it was Christmas, we prepared a formal meal and I was very pleased to see that the home included every kitchen utensil and small appliance possibly needed. This was a home that was easy to settle into and I would highly recommend it. My family was involved in a snow mobile accident on December 26th which resulted in broken bones and concussions and it required us to spend more time relaxing / recovering than we had anticipated. When the owner heard of our accident, he reached out to help us immediately. To our surprise, several of his neighbors contacted us, offering help. We were continually touched by the kindness and generosity of strangers. One neighbor offered to make a dinner for us, another brought over a dessert platter and a third family offered help as well. Although the accident put a damper on our vacation, we left feeling grateful for having such a cozy and well appointed home as well as kind and caring owners and neighbors.
Thank you for the kind review. We were saddened to hear of your families accident but glad to know that our neighbors showed you such kindness. We are pleased when our guests appreciate all the things we love about Beaver Creek Ranch, and to know that your expectations were exceeded.
Best regards to you all,
Tom and Sue
