There is a new 32” flat screen TV in the master bedroom with new upgraded mattress. There is also a new 27” flat screen TV in the second bedroom with new upgraded mattress as well.

Location, Location.. Vacation Rental Beachfront Condo Destin Fl. rental, With the most gorgeous Views in all of Destin. Any time I am asked 'How is the view?' I simply comment 'We have the best views in all of Destin!' Views of the Destin East Pass (where all of the boats come in and out ),the jetties, pool, spa and of course, the Gulf with breathtaking sunsets from the porch. (518 is the end unit on the 5th floor )The Condo Rental is located on exclusive Holiday Isle. Close to Restaurants, Golf, Shopping, Fishing and Amusement Parks. (You can walk to many restaurants and shopping).
Over 300 Feet of Private Beach!
Kayak and Paddleboard rentals are available on beach. (seasonal)
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a view-through to the dining area with breakfast bar.
Families will enjoy the two swimming pools, 2 hot tubs, shuffleboard, lighted tennis courts, basketball hoop and poolside pavilion with BBQ grills and tables. Monday nights ,during the summer, has FREE karaoke around the pool - Great family time!
This wonderful condo rental on the beach that has two spacious bedrooms /two full baths. Both rooms have views, master has a large window with views of the gulf and bay and the guest room has views of the bay and tennis courts.
The living room has a queen-size sleeper sofa love seat and chair. The condo sleeps six!

Great views!
We really enjoyed our stay here! The condo and the views are beautiful and we loved the location! We had a few hiccups with the beach access code and the gate code. That information was not provided so we had to scramble the first day to find out what they were. A more detailed check in process would have been ideal. Other than that it was well worth the money and we will be back!
OK but a few changes would make it great
Nice location, condo in decent shape but lacking in a few areas.
First, there were no hangars in the closets. (there are now since we purchased some and then left them).
Second, there were no blankets!!! We had to use the bed covers.
Third, there were no pillow cases on the spare pillows.
Fourth, there were at least 5 burnt out light bulbs.
There were a couple of "lack of maintenance" issues. The master bath shower diverter valve leaked and the closet doors in the second bedroom would not stay on the tracks.

Fix fan in master wobbles and noisy fix shower in master will not completely transfer to shower toilet loose no pillow cases fir awful pillows frig runs all of the time dish washer leaks toaster only partially works too bad Lille things take away from the over all experience just needs maintenance
Relaxing
My family enjoyed our stay here. This property is just a short walk to the beach, close to all restaurants & stores, very quiet and had a great view despite not being a complete beach front. I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone!

What a great place for our getaway. We didn't spend much time in the condo because of all the things to do in Destin. The condo was well equipped, comfortable, and plenty of hot water! We will be back for sure!
