Baker District is one hot neighborhood these days. Bustling with growth, new construction and tons of eccentric restaurants and bars. Near the lightrail and easy to get to and from DIA, downtown or the mountains.

We also want you to be thankful you have everything you need while you are away from home. We want everyone in your party to sleep comfortably and we want you to have an awesome time! But most importantly, we strive to help you to value the experience enough to come see us again.

Perfect Place, AWESOME Location

Overall this place is GREAT!! The location has a great selection of things to do and a lot of them are within walking distance. Stayed here for a week with my GF and we both loved it! The train station is close and will take you downtown fast. We would definitely stay here again!

Great stay

I loved everything the home had to offer, the mattress felt a little too firm but location was amazing! Will be back next year!

(Denver Biscuit Factory only 2 blocks gave the 5 star! Honestly must have been one of the best breakfasts of all time!!)

Great location

We wanted to be close to our family who lives in the area. The property was in the perfect location - walking distance to restaurants, grocery store, coffee shops and craft breweries. Also loved walking around the unique historic Baker's District. The property had everything needed for a comfortable stay, including use of the washing machine. It was the perfect size for the two of us.

Great Loft

Almost everything was as I expected based on the pictures and other reviews. I have to give it 3 stars based on the fact that I could smell it was a pet friendly loft and the neighborhood itself being questionably safe.

Great Alternative to Staying Downtown

We wanted to be downtown for our convention but found this cute place and decided to try it out. Jennifer assured us we would be just as close to the convention center if not closer. She was right! It was so easy to get to our event we couldn't believe it. We were so happy to be so close but without the noise of busy Denver. The property was expertly maintained and had such comfortable furnishings. Everything we could possible need was supplied. Right down the street were tons of cool restaurants and bars. We were even able to check out Punch Bowl Social; great new place in Denver. Thank you again! We will be back.

Great loft!

This property served our group of 6 just fine! The loft makes great use of the space, and none of us felt like we were right on top of each other. The place was nicely decorated, and we truly felt at home for our brief stay. Thanks for everything!
