Location was perfect, property was ideal for us and management was great to work with. We will be back!
The pleasure of managing a vacation rental is be able to help families have a great vacation. Having great guests like this family makes the job easy. Having a private world class beach 53 seconds away really helps them relax and enjoy themselves. We have many return guests year after year and we look forward to return guest visit as it truly is like having good friends stop by. This review really lets us know our hard work pays off.
So close to the beach!
Really, you are about 20 steps to the sand. Our only complaint, which is something that cannot be changed, is that the bathroom is too far from the bedroom. Also, some additional kitchenette countertop would be good. Other than that, we were very pleased with our 2 week stay.
These were wonderful guests and we hope they will return to AT THE BEACH soon.
They were courteous, kind and left the unit beautiful. It was a delight to meet them. This unit gets families with children and the first thing mom wants to do is get the sand off the children asap so having the bathroom close to the front door really helps do that. However that does make it a short walk from the MBR. The kitchen is compact as you can see in the picture and we have struggled with how to make it a little larger but so far we haven't figured it out. We did add a redesigned patio area which is beautiful, private and quiet. Check out the pictures. We really like how it turned out with the new grill and grilling area, dining area, new flowers and new patio lighting.
Literally, at the beach...
Nice little place in a great location. Two minute walk and your feet are in the sand! Clean and well managed.
These return guest are a delight and the most sincere form of a review is when they come back to stay with us again. We are fortunate that we get wonderful guest and appreciate their coments.
Love the beach!
So convenient to be right by the beach!!
Lovely unassuming cozy stay, beach amazing
If you want a luxury high rise this isn’t it. It is a cozy comfy hideaway tucked in steps from the beach.
We loved it!
At the Beach Rental
Cozy small condo literally seconds from the beach. The owners Jim and Alexis were so accommodating and anything we needed such as extra kitchen towels etc they provided. When we arrived at the condo we were impressed how clean it was. Furniture was very comfortable. The only drawbacks and there were not many is the kitchen has very limited shelf space and the pots and pans could be replaced as some of them the coating was scratched and coming off. We loved the gas grill outside and used it a lot. If you have kids they may have fun trying to catch the anoles that take residence outside. We had one come into the condo just for a short visit before we asked him to leave and gently directed him outside. Should we decide to return to Siesta Keys next year we will be sure to contact the owners and stay there again. Great vacation, great owners, great condo, great beach. Lots to do. Stay here when you visit Siesta Keys. You will not be disappointed and you will want to return.
Sarasota is the leading cultural center of Florida, its rich arts scene rivals some of the biggest urban centers in the country. With dozens of performing arts venues, renowned opera, theatre and ballet companies, numerous art museums, a thriving visual arts community and art festivals that draw visitors from across the globe, it's easy to understand why people come to Sarasota for art vacations instead of beach getaways. Thankfully, the two are not mutually exclusive.

Housed on the site of the circus magnate's former estate on the shore of Sarasota Bay, the museum hosts one of the largest collections of Rubens canvasses in the world, along with many other works by Old Masters. But that's only the beginning of the Ringling legacy. You can also tour Ca d'Zan Mansion, a magnificent 56-room Venetian Gothic palace that served as the Ringling's residence also see the restored
