Why Mark Lewis chose Los Angeles

I chose to buy a vacation property in Marina Del Rey because I moved here a couple of years ago and really enjoy living here. Although I’m busy during the week, there’s always something to explore on the weekends. I love being close to the beach and the ocean, the neighborhood with all the flowers and hummingbirds is very beautiful. I want to share this experience with visitors from all over the country and the world and let them have unique vacations.

Great property, great location.

My wife and I stayed here for just over two weeks. The owner Mark was very welcoming. The property is perfect for a couple, extremely well-maintained and a short walk to the beach! What more could you ask for!

I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for somewhere nice and safe to stay and within close proximity of Venice beach.

Great Place - Gracious Host

My husband and I spent 2 weeks in this very comfortable guest house in Marina del Rey while visiting family nearby. Mark was such a gracious host. The guest house is in Mark's home but is totally private- It has a private entrance and dedicated parking. The neighborhood is beautiful and close to the beach. The queen-sized bed is very comfortable and the shower pressure was a great treat! It is clear that Mark knows what travelers are looking for. The guest house is perfect for a couple. We hope to return again and again!

Perfect for a couple that enjoys quiet evenings in the heart of a big city.

My husband, small dog and I stayed here for 5 nights. The unit is attached to the owners home. It reminds me of a shot gun house back east. It is small but perfect. The kitchen has all you need to cook meals if you decide to eat in. The bathroom is small but the shower has fantastic water pressure. The towels are fluffy and absorbent.

The canal is close and the ocean is right here too!

The neighborhood is very quiet and patrolled by security. The house has a private walled backyard with a lovely little water feature.

We enjoyed our stay and Mark the owner was very responsive.We would be pleased to stay here again.

The only thing we would suggest is a mattress upgrade.

Perfect quiet retreat

I booked this property for my parents who were visiting and they loved it. Quiet area, a short and beautiful walk to the beach. They even cancelled plans so they could just go to the beach twice daily. Mark is an excellent, kind and responsive host and my parents miss the place already. Everything was provided and more; not just towels and beach supplies but we were greeted with fresh fruit and a bottle of wine. Thank you so much for opening up your place and allowing us to make some wonderful memories.

Wonderful gem
