About Owner/Property Manager
My wife, Joan, and I, Dennis, live most of the time in an area frequently referred to as the northern tip of the wine country in California, just above Napa Valley. I recently sold my Internet Marketing Company and my wife winding down her successful art business. We are semi-retired now, but still manage to keep busy with all my real estate projects, family, friends and involvement in our spiritual community. We travel quite a bit together and with our two married daughters and their husbands and their growing families. One of our daughters is a successful Interior Architect in Los Angles who is married to an entrepreneur who is the majority owner and CEO of a major software company. The other daughter is an occupational therapist, whose husband is the cameraman for many of the Home and Garden TV Network shows that we all love. We are an active group. We all love to ski, hike, scuba dive, surf, bike, boat, ride motorcycles, and hang out together in beautiful environments. We are recent grandparents with both daughters and are thoroughly enjoying this delightful new addition to our lives.

Why Owner/Property Manager chose Sayulita
We already own Casa Paloma which is a premier luxury rental property right next door and because our renters really love Casa Paloma and we fully book it for the season, we decided to create another beautiful vacation rental home next door. We always loved this little house and because no properties come up for sale in this exclusive area of Sayulita, we knew we should jump on this. However, it needed extensive remodeling to make it the kind of place that we would want to own and rent. We feel the finished project will be exceptional and we are very excited with the progress.
What makes this Villa unique
In addition to the incredible beauty and comfort of the house, the location is really the best in all of Sayulita. You are above the hustle and bustle of the town and yet everything is only a couple of blocks away. No car is necessary. We have four exquisite properties in Sayulita, which we lovingly refer to as "Dreamer Circle." Casa Paloma, Casa Soñadora, Villa Colina, and Casa Cariño all share the best location in Sayulita, a hill overlooking the surf break. It's only 1.5 blocks to the beach and town via a beautifully paved and landscaped walkway. All have unsurpassed, panoramic ocean views and accommodate large groups. Be sure to check out all our properties!

Fantastic stay in Sayulita
The property was gorgeous and just a short distance from the town. We had a great time.
1st rate property and 1st rate service.
What a fantastic property with great staff day and night making our experience comfortable and secure. Thanks to all for their smiles and willingness to help.
Great place in an amazing location
We had such a wonderful visit
We had a wonderful stay in Sayulita at Villa Colina! The house was beautiful and in the perfect location. The pool was beautiful. We called Ernesto prior to our stay and were able to book transportation from the PV airport. Overall, Ernesto was responsive to our requests for a cook and transportation. We had some difficulties arranging a golf cart and we did ask for information on a bartender and masseuse without response, which was a little disappointing. All in all, we had a great stay and would recommend this house to anyone!
Clean, classy and cultured...this place has it all! Couldn't have had a better experience at Villa Colina. Thank you for a wonderful trip and making our stay so special!
Safety in Mexico
Sayulita is delightful. There is a lot of traffic but everyone is polite, takes turns, and NO honking! Golf carts are available to rent but parking is at a premium, so we walked everywhere and felt completely safe. The shops are varied from "la junka" to extremely high end as well as many beach vendors. The night life is colorful and fun. The many restaurants vary from street-side tables to traditional, and we never had anything but delicious food. Casa Colina sleeps eight, is beautiful, incredible views, has a very friendly staff though a little Spanish is helpful or gestures will work. Our cook for breakfast was exceptional. We would all return.
The surf break directly below Villa Colina has the best and most consistent waves for surfing, swimming, paddleboarding and kayaking along Mexico's Pacific Gold Coast. There are jungle walks & horseback riding and other favorite pastimes. The village has terrific restaurants, great shops and a wonderful little night life. This is the friendliest town in Mexico.
