SKI SIDE and CORNER and the SILENT END of the building. Crystal Peak is beautiful and there are no better 2BR units than this one.

Ski side views from both bedrooms, living room and kitchen.

Crystal Peak Lodge is the finest property in Breckenridge.

Forty steps from the lodge to the lift and legendary Breckenridge snow. The lift adjacent to the lodge puts lots of gentle beginner and intermediate Peak 7 terrain right outside your door and yet you have full and easy access to all of Breckenridge and the amazing range of beauty and challenge Breck has to offer.

Have lunch next to the lodge or put your feet up in the condo. For dinner go next door to the fabulous Seven's Restaurant, order a delivery pizza or prepare a five star meal in our gourmet kitchen. A free shuttle will take you anywhere in town. But you'll probably want to stay right here.

In the public areas, enjoy the hot tubs (two tubs, two temperatures), the steam room, workout equipment and large central public room with flat screen TVs, pool table, large lounging furniture in several conversation pits and a forty foot high glass wall looking up the slopes.

Your skis and boards are securely stored inside next to the slopes. Ski a few runs and come in for a cup of coffee and back to the slopes. Or take a longer break and hop in the hot tub and watch the skiers.

Eight inch thick concrete construction and the corner location make this easily accessed third floor unit SILENT. Great Amazon Echo/Bose music and High Definition entertainment system. Large dining table, comfortable leather furniture, reading chairs where you can glance up and watch skiers on the slopes. Your choice of a large tub or a glass enclosed shower in the master bedroom. There is a separate private bath and shower facility for the second bedroom.

You will walk in and say WOW, did we get the right place. Nothing ordinary here. As the owners, that is our promise. Come stay at our beautiful, comprehensively equipped and impeccably maintained property ON the slopes, not near them, not down the street.

We love how quiet it is. It feels like the whole area is yours in the evenings because the building is built so well that you rarely hear anything outside the condo. Fun to watch the snowcats with their headlights getting everything ready for tomorrow.

Perfect ski in/out location, neat, nicely appointed unit with everything you could ask for. Attentive owner ensures money well spent. Eric makes you feel like you are staying with a friend. We'll be back for sure.

Great ski in/out unit!

Eric P and team left no detail overlooked! Great unit in an perfect spot! The communication and app information really made pre planning easy. Crystal Peak lodge is truly a highend location at peak7. The unit is perfectly situated on 3rd floor overlooking the gondola and lift. Super quiet unit. Beds were large and comfortable. Pull out sofa and giant floor mattress were provided. We were a family of 5 but could fit more if needed. Kitchen adequately stocked with great coffee maker and a bean grinder!! We did not use the ski rentals in crystal peak but it was very handy for last minute items and a ticket window was super helpful for passes etc.

Peak 7 was mostly blue runs and is a great place to avoid the crowds and the peak 8 traffic. We did use the hot tubs but had no need for the pools at OneSkiHill. The proximity to the gondola was great to get downtown and then we caught the great shuttle service back after dinners/shopping.

A great stay and a great condo. We hope to be back soon!

Fantastic ski-in/ski-out condo

We've stayed at dozens of ski country condos in the west and from a convince perspective this was the best ever. Owner Eric P. could not have been more accommodating. With only 40 yards from the indoor ski locker to the lift makes getting first tracks a piece of cake. The Echo Elexa device in the great room provided apres ski music and information. We highly recommend this condo.

Fantastic home away from home

We have been staying in this unit for the past several years, always over Christmas. We had a great time as usual. There isn’t a single thing that we need that isn’t in this condo. We literally make it our home for two weeks, and it’s perfect. You can’t beat the proximity to the lift, the great building, and of course the magic of breck. Eric and Nancy are wonderful hosts, and this place is in tip top shape.

Incredible!

My wife and I stayed here to ski and enjoy Breckenridge and we got that and MUCH more! The condo is incredibly elegant yet keeps with the feel of being in the Rocky Mountains in CO. The Protzman's are very accommodating to any questions we had and the condo was ready to go upon arrival. We even saw a moose off of the balcony the first day! We will certainly look to book this unit again for our next Breck adventure!

We have a ski locker next to the slopes and storage cage on the Garden Level. You may keep all ski equipment and bikes there. We require absolutely no boots, skis, boards or poles, bikes or hard edged items in general which could create damage in the condo.
