This newly renovated condo is in a prime location in Pinoteau Village with a commanding view of Lake Tremblant and Mont Tremblant from a private patio. Two bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms - master bedroom with queen size bed sleeps 2 people, and second bedroom with two sets of bunk beds comfortably sleeps 4. Two new bathrooms and new hardwood floors throughout, renovated kitchen with all new stainless steel appliances installed August 2013. Both bedrooms with flat screen TV/DVD and living room has new 42' flat screen TV and DVD. Pinoteau Village is a four star Quebec resort property located less than 1 km from the base of Mont Tremblant easily accessible by car or shuttle bus for skiing. Located in the heart of groomed cross country skiing and hiking/walking trail network. Within five to ten minute drive to the old Mont Tremblant Village and St Jovite for restaurants and shopping. Discount ski tickets available from Pinoteau Village reception. Located on Lake Tremblant with fully equipped private beach with beach chairs, motor boat, kayaks and paddle boats. Private swimming pool (summer only). Barbecue.

Condo has private patio and barbecue area with propane grill. Pinoteau Village has the largest private beach on Lake Tremblant, with all amenities including kayaks, paddle boats, motorized boats, etc. Water skiing within 100 meter walk. Lake Tremblant freezes in winter and offers a magnificent way to take a long walk 'on the lake' with beautiful views of the mountains and surrounding areas -- watch the deer walking on the lake! Beautiful winter views of lake and mountains from the living room. Captivating summer view of Lake Tremblant from the living room and patio. Fully equipped condo with all amenities -- full kitchen, with dishwasher, microwave, electric range/oven and refrigerator/freezer. Washer/dryer/ironing board and iron. All appliances replaced August 2013. Condo renovated Jan 2013 - new hardwood floors throughout - and two new bathrooms - one with tub and shower - one with stall shower.

Beautiful condo facing the lake

The condo was very clean, with comfortable furniture and beds. Spectacular location, we spent a lot of time on the lake; the private beach and boat service were amazing. The kitchen was small, but functional! The three TVs were very nice :) . The setup of the two bathrooms and showers worked well. The owner, Robert, was very helpful, responded quickly to questions, and was very accommodating. We would rent here again!

Highly Recommend This Condo

The photos of this condo do not do it justice, everything about this condo is excellent and it is spotlessly clean.

A photo can not capture the outstanding vies that you have from the condo. The living room has sliding doors that lead to a patio with a large grass area in front of it and there are amazing unobstructed views of the lake. I really enjoyed sitting on the patio looking at the lake especially early in the morning when there was lots of chipmunks running around.

The condo has everything you need and everything is well kept and good quality especially the beds and it was great to have 2 bathrooms that where very well finished. Apart from the condo itself we found the entire Pinoteau development to be great especially the location and the the fact that it was well kept and quiet. The private beach was excellent and just a couple minutes walk from the condo, well maintained and good facilities.

The location can not be beat, you are on the lake in a peaceful area but only ten minutes walk to the resort which is good for kids activities and visiting the mountain. It is also only 5 min drive to mont Tremblant village, 10 minutes to st jovite amd 30 minutes to mont tremblant national park.

We liked the condo so

Much we ended up extending our stay and will definitely go back sometime in the future.

Robert was an absolute gentleman to deal with and his condo shows pride of ownership, it's more of a home than a rental property.

Thank you Robert for all your help and advice, it really helped make our holiday better.

Great location!

Excellent property! The location was perfect. We came for ironman and we were less than a 5 minute walk from the swim start and about 15 minute walk to the village. Beautiful view of the lake, we ate dinner on the patio every night. The rental includes access to a private beach for the condos which was perfect. We loved it and would stay again in a heartbeat. Quick responses from the owner when little questions came up.

Well Appointed with Lovely Views

We had a wonderful week in this well-appointed condo with lovely views of the lake and mountain. We ate almost every meal on the back area looking at the lake. Robert, the owner, and his contact on site were very helpful and friendly. They answered questions very quickly. The condo had excellent kitchen amenities for cooking (even a marble cheese board - perfect for the delicious cheeses and fruit from the farmers markets!) and the furnishings were charming. Pinoteau has great summer amenities with kayaks, paddle boards, and more - also kids toys at the small beach. You are also almost across the street from the Croisiere (cruise) on the Manitou boat - it was a beautiful way to see the lake. The condo is very close (5 minute drive) to the quaint Old Tremblant village where there is a terrific Saturday morning farmers market that we highly recommend. There is everything you need to eat well there, including olive oil, bread, fruit and vegetables, award winning local chocolate, and more. St Jovite is a beautiful village with quaint shops and restaurants. Also close by is the more Disney-like new village (new Tremblant?) but the Cabine gondola is definitely worth the $20 tou trip fare (or $5 down only if you hike up!) for the hiking at the top of Mount Tremblant. The condo is located perfectly for all these activities and Robert was very helpful with suggestions. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location, close to the hill, kind owner

We found a great, clean and well equipped condo unit at a fraction of the cost of similar locations in the village and far better equipped.

The Master bedroom had a very comfortable bed and the second bedroom has two bunk beds - bottom to sleep in and the top to rest (as my kids said).

The kitchen is well equipped and immaculate. All the dishes are clean and you can find all the necessary pots and pans if you wish to cook. The bathrooms are excellent (what a pleasure to have a warm shower after a long day skiing).

There is enough closet space throughout the apartment to store all your stuff.

We visited the old village (thanks Robert for guiding us to Daniel LaChance - great store with unique things) and drove to Mont Tremblant itself.

We enjoyed the dog-sled ride we booked through the activity center and although it was very cold (-28C the daytime high) we had the greatest time.

We definitely will be back.

Pinoteau Village is 1 km from the base of Mont Tremblant (south side), for skiing and all winter sport activities. We are a 5 minute drive to the new Soleil ski lift area and Casino, and a 15 minute drive to the base of the north side. In summer we are at the center of all major land and water sports and bicycling activities in the area.

Pinoteau Village has a private beach on Lac Tremblant with beach chairs, motor boat, kayaks and paddle boats as well as a pool, tennis courts. Our bloc has a private barbecue.
