We have always wanted to own a unit in this building, it is right on the Sand Creek and perfectly located right downtown.
This condo is on the water right downtown!
This condo had so many things that I was looking for over the long weekend! Being on the water, there were an abundance of birds and several water activities such as kayaking, canoeing and swimming. It is a short walk to the local brewery, winery, coffee house (Monarch Mtn), and grocery store. Plus, it is right in the middle of miles of bike/run paths and bike friendly streets---so bring your bikes! You can download the bike path map for Sandpoint on Google. The running, swimming, birding, and biking are amazing in Sandpoint---and this condo puts you right in the middle of it all! The condo interior was well decorated and very clean!!
Quiet and serene except for noise from town bypass road and trains. Enjoyed kayaking right out front on Sand Creek. The condo is clean and well stacked. Could use a coffee grinder. The decor is modern yet warm. Standpoint has great restaurants and a variety of cuisine.
Sandpoint is a blast all year around. We thoroughly enjoyed the apartment with easy access to the docks with our boat. The apartment is clean and simple. The location is superb! So easy to walk to Safeway, restaurants and the marine park.

The walls are paper thin...could hear people above vacuum & children below crying, people to the side playing guitars, grounds were well kept, condo had dead bugs along the floor board as well as a good amount of dust..I am a house keeper so I pay close attention... laundromat is a pay as you wash without enough drying time. Other than that everything else was pleasing.
This was the perfect location! We could walk to town if we wanted, close to stores and on the water. What more could you ask for? Our host was available when I had a question. Everything was spotless. The only thing I would suggest.... And maybe the info was there and I missed it.... Is you need to bring Anything you need with the exception of kitchen utensils. Toilet paper, paper towels etc. what I bought I left for the next renters. That said... I would definitely stay here again!!
