The apartment is tastefully furnished, has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry room. From the big terrace you can even have views on Gibraltar. The apt. has 109m² of living space and a garage to park your car. Five min. away you find the harbour of Cabopino, popular for its broad beach, international restaurants and many possibilities for water sports. The beach, where you can find many typical spanish restaurants, is in walking distance. Nearly all the stuff there is German or English spoken. Shops and banks are also just a few min. away. The convenience store'Opencore' is open 24/7. During winter time you can visit the Sierra Nevada for skiing (approx. 2 hours by car) The house has 14 apt. and a swimming pool, which can be heated and closed with a glass roof during winter time. There is a common sauna area and a tropical laid out garden.

Boat rental: We rent our boat with skipper.

My hobbies include driving boat, fishing, golf and paddle tennis. My wife and I (for fee) will take you by boat to try water skiing, fishing oder just take you to the next harbour so you can enjoy a dinner there. We both love to play golf and like to play a round with our enchanting guests. We are members of two golf clubs, Rio Real and Los Arqueros, where we can arrange a special prize for you. Good value for Money

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. We had very good time and find the apartment good value for money.

It is very well equipped, everything there what you need. The view is amazing, I just couldn't stop looking out from the large balcony. The bedrooms are large and the master has a super big bed. The living room is cool, even a big family can sit around the big flat screen TV or can have a little dance too. The kitchen also has all you need.

Karoly is a great host, he was always helpful and help us out with any information we needed. He also has a Yacht in Puerto Banus and we rented him out for a day. We never sailed before, but we will go again. It was a very good choice and the best day.

We are back to England now and fully charged.

Thanks a lot and see you again.

Perfect location and we'll equipped

This was a fantastic property to stay at. We enjoyed it very much. It has a good balance of solitude and busyness. Everything you need is close by. Perfect little quaint restaurants within 5 minutes away. The only thing I would recommend is to replace the cushions on the outdoor furniture to make it more comfortable to sit for long periods of time to enjoy the spectacular view. I would definitely come back

Wunderschöner Ausblick in ruhiger, strandnaher Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub zu viert in der geräumigen Wohnung von Fam. Sötsch mit großem Balkon und Traumblick! Von links nach rechts...Meerblick! Das ist wirklich wunderschön gewesen. Zum Strand sind es mit dem Auto ca. 4 Minuten. Zu Fuss ist es bei großer Hitze später wieder bergauf etwas mühsam, aber trotzdem gut machbar. Herunter zum Strand geht man ca. 10-15 Minuten. Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt und es waren nette Gäste dort.

Die Wohnung an sich ist recht groß, liegt schön ruhig aber trotzdem nah an Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung hat eine wertige Inneneinrichtung und eine gemütliche Couch (keine Schlafcouch) mit großem TV und vielen Sendern. Eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Das einzige, was nicht ganz so optimal war, dass die Betten im 2. Schlafzimmer schmaler sind als gewöhnlich und in der Küche könnten ein paar Gegenstände und Fugen ausgetauscht werden.

Der Pool war frisch und sauber und viele Liegen waren vorhanden. Drumherum ein schön gepflegter Garten.

Familie Sötsch war sehr freundlich und sehr bemüht, dass wir uns wohl fühlen. Als einmal etwas repariert werden musste, war Herr Sötsch sofort zu erreichen und am nächsten Morgen kam bereits ein Handwerker. Ein toller Vermieter!

Alles in allem hatten wir einen traumhaften Urlaub in einer wundervollen Umgebung. Vielen Dank !

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit traumhaftem Blick

Die Lage ist optimal, von dort sind Tagesausflüge, z. B. Gibraltar, Ronda, Málaga, sehr gut möglich. Die Wohnung lädt ebenfalls zum Verweilen ein. Auf der Terrasse ist fast ganztägig die Sonne. Es ist viel Platz zum liegen und sitzen vorhanden.

Gern wieder. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und immer ansprechbar.

Perfect In Every Way!

We feel that we more than more than "lucked out" with the apartment. The location was perfect. We were in a residential area which was lovely and upscale and within nearby reach of all areas. The beaches here we're amongst the prettiest in the Marbella area. Restaurants on the water were less than a mile. The views of the Mediterranean Sea from the terrace, living room, and master bedroom were breathtaking. Sunrise Breakfast from the terrace was a daily must. Wine and cheese from the terrace in the evening at Sunset was also a must. The apartment was extremely spacious, well layed out (we had guests for a week with plenty of space). It is a very well appointed and extremely clean apartment. The building was also immaculate. The owners couldn't be more gracious. We spent over 3 weeks here and plan to be back.
