Thanks Debbie for a wonderful stay at Casa Colinas. The house was perfect for our family of five, including three teens who enjoyed the view as much as we did. We found everything we needed and the privacy was a treat after long days in town. We hope to visit LA again and will certainly make Casa Colinas our first priority for hospitality! Thanks for everything.

The house has an excellent location and were able to hit all of our spots without worrying about traffic. Had a blast!

Can't wait to come back!

  • 5 of 5

This property was so private and so beautiful. The view is amazing and the house itself is a cozy hideaway. It's up in the hills, so there is some winding on your drive, but I love that stuff. Great place, great host and I can't wait to come back again and stay soon.

You'll never want to leave!

  • 5 of 5

This home is spectacular and unquestionable the BEST place to stay if visiting LA. The views are truly breathtaking and calming morning, noon and night, but the house itself is also very special. It feels like Hollywood Hills meets Italy meets oh my have I died and gone to heaven?! Debbie is a wonderful host and you'll almost wish she was there to have a glass of wine with! The house is fully equipped with anything you would have in your kitchen at home. Treat this one with respect - there aren't many like it for "borrowing"! Thanks Debbie! We'll be back!

Loved it!

  • 5 of 5

Our family of 4 stayed at Casa Colinas for 4 days/3 nights and loved it! Our teenage son said he wants to live there. What did we love? It's in the Hollywood Hills with great views of the city, the mountains, Universal, and the Hollywood sign. It's a 1930's Spanish-style house with lots of cool and quirky touches. It's right across the highway from Universal (we went there 2 days), so you don't have to deal with traffic. But it was easy to zip over to the La Brea Tar Pits and the Griffith Observatory for a little break from the theme park. Also, the owner was easy to work with. There are lots of stairs (from the driveway to the house and throughout the house), so it may not be the best place if you have young children. Otherwise, go for it and enjoy yourself! FYI--If you are looking for a good place for breakfast/lunch, check out Your Good Neighbor Restaurant on Cahuenga Blvd...so yummy!

An amazing reprieve above the city.

  • 5 of 5

This place is so wonderful that we almost don't want you to know about it!! Very clean, perfectly appointed and magical at dusk or dawn. We saw shooting stars, deer, humming birds, owls and a crane! Very private and felt very safe.

Thanks for sharing it Debbie!
