Our designer self catering vacation rental has been newly renovated and finds its self next to Belvedere Palace, Schwarzenbergplatz and Ring Street in a very prime and safe district in Vienna.
Our apartment has a modern interior. Modern bathroom with Washer and soundproof Windows.
Consists of Two separated spacious Bedrooms with high quality extra beds with best comfort.
Close to our flat, you will find ample of shopping possibilities and quick access to grocery stores and underground.
Around the corner you will find the famous shopping street Landstrasse, Botanical Garden and Belvedere Palace.
For example you can reach the Vienna Opera House which is located in the very centre of Vienna only with one tram within Minuets.
ATM/Bank and Post office are in front of the door to our apartment.
In addition to providing you best quality, inexpensive apartment in the heart of the city, we will also be able to provide other useful information and services to make your journey to Vienna an enjoyable one

-Landstrasse has a quite a varied appearance, especially due to the mixture of old and new structures. For instance, both the Belvedere and the Hundertwasserhaus are located here, as are the Rochusmarkt, the shopping street Landstrasse itself, the Stadtpark, and the KustHaus. Furthermore, the 3rd is home to several embassies which makes the district into a very safe one.
-Within walking distance to attractions like Belvedere Palace, Schwarzenbergplatz and the Ring Street.
-You can walk to the Ring within 10 min.
-Tram Nr. 71 takes you to the following attractions: Belvedere, Schwarzenbergplatz, Kärntner Ring, Oper, City Hall
-Fast train (Schnellbahn) S1, S2, S3, S9, S15 under our building takes you to Train station Suedbahnhof, Rennweg, Shopping street Landstrasse (Wien-Mitte) and Train Station Wien-Meidling...
-From Airport you would take S7 and get off at Rennweg!
-From main train station take S1, S2, S3 and get off at Rennweg anfter one station.

Mani is an amazing host. His apartment is extremely cozy and clean.
I booked his place under circumstance that my original booking in other hotel got been cancelled last min. When I found his apartment infor and contacted him, he was very helpful and tried every way to help me.
It was a very pleasant stay in Vienna because of this nice host.
We've returned from Vienna just a week ago. The appartment is perfect - very nice place in a quite, nice location. The landlord Mani is the best landlord ever, available 24 hours and ready to help any time during our stay in Vienna! Thank you again and many times, Mani! The appartment is very clean, comfortable, close to the city center and all the sightseeings. Supermarkets, shops, restaurantes - everything is whithin 3-5 min. walking. Also, transportation to the appartment from the airport and back, from railway stations and back are also very comfortable due to very good location of the flat. Summing up the abovesaid I would stay here again and recommend this appartment to all my friends who's going to come to Vienna!

Spacious apartment right next to Rennweg station (ideal for cheaper local train to airport (every 30 mins) & into city). Lots of trams outside too.
Bedrooms (1 double, 1 twin) have aircon, wifi included. Bathroom large, 2 sinks, bath & separate shower.
Apartment is clean & light - a little extra furniture (drawers for clothes) would have been handy - but as a tourist base for short visit to city it was an excellent choice.
Billa supermarket 5 min walk away, great Beer Garden/Restaurant (Salm @ Belvedere) 5 min walk.

The apartment was so wonderful, bright, clean, comfortable and was a welcome relief from the cramped quarters we had in hotel rooms during the rest of our 17 days of travels. The neighborhood is very safe and well located. The trollies are right out front, the train station is directly behind, and is only 1 stop away from one of the main train stations. The apartment is close to many attractions, so we often chose to walk despite the public transportation being so convenient. There are restaurants and stores nearby as well.
When we arrived, it was very late, due to us missing our earlier train, but Mani was there to meet us with a smile. He helped us with our luggage, and answered many questions and gave us great travel tips and sight-seeing recommendations.
Mani was a phone call or text away any time we had questions and was always happy and eager to help. At check out, he again helped us with our luggage and helped us with the details of storing our luggage so we could enjoy Vienna for the remainder of the day before departing.
Mani was so accommodating and nice, had a great attitude, and was eager to please. He is very proud of his apartment and city, as he should be, as both exceeded our expectations.
I highly recommend Mani and this apartment. I would definatly stay here if I found myself fortunate enough to be in Vienna again.

Our location was walking distance to the city center and many other attractions. It was roomy, bright, and very comfortable. The manager was very helpful. Remember to bring paper products.
This apartment is in a great location. It is close to the tram stop, train line, supermarkets, restaurants and parking facilities. It was so spacious and well equipped. The kitchen was great for self-catering. The bathroom was spacious and recently renovated. Mani, our host, was extremely helpful and replied to our requests very promptly. He organised our arrival so that we could park our car temporarily while we unloaded and directed us to a reasonably priced parking station. Be aware that this apartment is located on a very busy main road where the trams operate all through the night. Mani has done his best to overcome this problem by installing new windows and air conditioning and it should not be an issue for most visitors. We would recommend this apartment.
This apartment is very conveniently located within walking distance to many of the sites in central Vienna. The apartment is nicely remodeled, well appointed and very clean. I would definitely stay here again if travels take me back to Vienna again.
