Coral Cabana, in the Coral Hammock Community is a gorgeous three bedroom, three bath townhome with over 2,000 square feet of indoor/outdoor living space. A tranquil pool view can be easily appreciated by relaxing on either the upper or lower balcony.
Coral Cabana was newly decorated in 2013 and offered at a terrific price for a winning combination and a great way to indulge in all that Key West has to offer. The kitchen furnishing were just updated in 2015. Comfortably sleeps 6 - 8 people so it is ideal for a families traveling with seniors or couples traveling together.
The Master Suite is a king with en suite bathroom with a conventional tub/shower combination. The 1st floor bedroom has a queen size bed & full bathroom with tiled shower. The 2nd floor bedroom has two twin size beds (which can be doubled to create a King size bed) and a full en suite bathroom with soaking tub and separate shower. And there is also a queen size sleeper sofa.

We recently enjoyed an extended girls weekend at the Coral Cabana and was completely impressed from the first email to rent. Quick response, professional with no hidden fees. We were impressed again when we arrived, well decorated, very clean, well stocked kitchen and linens. We would definitely stay again. Beautiful home, thank you.
The property served our needs very nicely. We particularly appreciated the fact that there was a great supply of spices available in the kitchen.
We are three couples, all 70+, and set in our ways. If we were to return to Key West, we'd probably try to stay here again.
A couple of minor maintenance issues. We had to replace batteries in one of the TV remotes. Also, in the bathroom on the main level, the ttoilet tissue holder is loose. We had to call to have the kitchen faucet tightened. (The workers didn't put the cap on the faucet control and left a screwdriver.)
It is unfortunate that the refrigerator had to be emptied. We ended up throwing out jarred goods and unopened beer.

First, I'd like to say Brian (rental property manager) has been an absolute pleasure to work with in renting Coral Cabana. We decided to give our adult kids (and significant others) a "memory Christmas gift" by taking everyone on vacation to our favorite place - Key West. When searching for properties to hold 8 adults, Coral Cabana popped up. We've been to Stock Island restaurants on previous visits and remembered seeing the community. We inquired about the specific dates (July 2016), was happy to find it available and booked it in November 2015. In January, 2016, I reached out to Brian to see if we could actually tour the property before we arrived and he happily agreed to meet us there. It was everything the website showed. Beautiful 2 story home with 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, living room, fully updated kitchen, sofa bed, brand new grill on deck, beautiful grounds and a pool! My family arrived and everyone absolutely loved it!!! The owners left a "house-warming" bag on the table when we arrived with everything we needed, including toothbrushes, soap, wine, dessert, etc. The kitchen had brand new cooking pans, the grill was brand new and the closet was stocked with family games. The worst thing about the property was taking all of our stuff out of it when we left!! Keep in mind, this house is located in a gated community but is about a 15-20 minute drive into Duvall Street with traffic. We rented scooters for everyone in town and took a cab at night if we were indulging in adult beverages. I would highly recommend this house and community. Thank you so much for a great family vacation! We'll be back.
Our crew of 6 were very happy with the very clean and well appointed condo. The proximity to the pool was a nice bonus and we made good use of the gas grill during our stay. Hope to stay again here very soon!
This house has the perfect tropical vacation feel. It is clean, quiet at nite and we felt safe in this gated community.
The pool and workout room are right outside your back door! We rented bikes from Recycle, you can ride all over the island.
The owners gave us a starter pack of toiletries, along with bottled water, wine and snacks. The kitchen is well stocked with gourmet pots, pans,spices and cookbooks. It has new stainless steel appliances. There is also a brand new Weber grill on the porch as well as pool and beach toys available in the house. We spent a lot of time at our favorite beaches- Fort Zach and Bahia Honda! We even went fishing off the rocks at Fort Zach. Chicos is our favorite restaurant and we tried some local Cuban food from EL Sibonay. We also walked to Roostica which is right around the corner! We had a great time! Avoid the crowds and noise, this is a peaceful, private and gated community, minutes from all Key West has to offer.

DAMAGE INSURANCE/ SECURITY DEPOSIT:
A non-refundable and non-taxable security deposit insurance premium at a flat rate of $45.00 will be added to each reservation as an alternative to a full security deposit. This policy covers up to $3000.00 worth of accidental damages. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE A U.S. ADDRESS please alert our reservationist so she can update your quote. Guests without a U.S. address are not eligible for the damage insurance policy and must submit a refundable security deposit equivalent to 20% of the reservation total (not to exceed $3,000).
EVENT/ HOLIDAY/ FESTIVAL PRICING:
We charge an additional 25% to the rate for stays that fall during an Event/ Festival/ Holiday and include but are not limited to the 4th of July, Easter, Yacht Race Weeks, Power Boat Race week, Lobster Mini season, Labor Day, etc. We may require 7 night minimums for the dates surrounding a major holiday. FANTASY FEST, CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS are priced at the Peak Season rate and require a 7 night minimum stay.
We reserve the right to deny requested dates if they decrease the optimum booking layout for the property's calendar. If we have vacancy between two stays that is less than the minimum stay requirement, then we will consider shorter stays.
All guests must be at least 25 years of age to be considered. All guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Spring break groups are prohibited and eviction strictly enforced with no refund.
HOSTING EVENTS/ PARTIES:
Guests are strictly prohibited from hosting a party or event at the rental property without written permission from our company.
