Palm Springs City ID # 1533-4592 Originally built in 1959, it’s been completed restored to maintain his heritage while bringing it up to modern standards. New electrical, plumbing, heating, and kitchen appliances create a perfect balance of moderns meets retro.

Orange and aqua decorating capture the decade while granite countertops afford easy meal prep and clean up. Bar stools around the island counter create a cozy “mingle with the cook” atmosphere.

Breathtaking views of the San Jacinto mountains surround the property. A perfect home for outdoor sunning, dining, and relaxing.

This is a great property for young families with small children, adult couples or partners or the single person desiring to just get away for a long weekend or more. Dogs are welcome as well, but sorry, no cats. This property has very comfortable furniture and is appointed very nicely for almost all of your culinary needs. So come and stay with ModMansions at the Meiselman House - close the front door, open the patio doors and forget the rest of the world.

ModMansions' mission is to help educate under-represented and financially challenged young adults in their efforts to achieve a higher education - either a college degree or specialty certificate. Excellent experience

As our second one month occupancy of the Meiselman House begins to wind down,

we feel compelled to highlight our delighted satisfaction in the refinements completed since we were here last year, that we discovered on our arrival.

As we have made clear in the past, we very much like this house, especially its private backyard but also the ModMansions touch in the house itself. So now, with these new changes, we have had a further example of the thoughtfulness that characterizes the impressive guest-focused management perspective we have come to know from the ModMansions team. Bravo!

Of the vast range of refinements we have discovered, there a few examples we might cite specifically, such as the new set of kitchen knives (very much appreciated by the chef), the Keurig coffee maker, the refinishing of the ceiling beams, the excellent hand-held shower setups, the improved lighting and, of course, the new couch along with much other new furniture, to name just a few.

At the same time, we would be remiss in not mentioning the work of David Monaghan. He is the epitome of a hospitality professional who takes indulgent care of us as ModMansions guests and is always immediately responsive to any issue - big or small. It is, indeed, refreshing to deal with someone who delights in his job and approaches it with passion.

Hope to be with you next November.

WE STAYED 9 DAYS AND HAD A GREAT TIME. WE COOKED , PLAYED IN THE POOL AND SAT UNDER THE STARS. GREAT PLACE, FOR FRIENDS AND FAMILIES.ONLY THING THAT NEEDS CHANGING IS THE SOFA IN LIVING AREA. ALTHOUGH LOOKS AWSOME NOT COMFORTABLE. I WOULD STAY AGAIN , I WOULD LOVE TO LIVE THERE.THANKS FOR EVERYTHING

we rented this house for our spring break and enjoyed is very much. The pool was nice and the property lovely. My only concern was the road noise, it is on a busy street and although you don't hear much in the house it is somewhat noisy outside by the pool. The staff was very helpful and responded quickly when a few minor things occurred. I would recommend this house except for one reason. The deposit is not returned until after 30 days. I have rented many many VRBO homes and I have never had the deposit held for even 30 days especially since it was a credit card charge. I did not notice this in the contract and then when I contacted James when I did not receive the credit aft 30 days, he informed me he had just put it in on day 31. In addition he said he was not responsible for how long it would take my credit card company to issue the credit. I did finally get it around day 32 but this was in violation on his own contract. Did not like the way they do their business therefor would not recommend.

This was our second year at this property. The house was well equipped and very clean. Any concerns were addressed immediately(not that there were very many). A great welcome by Kenny and James handled the business end of the rental in a professional manner. The back yard and pool are beautiful. A lovely home away from home. Thanks for sharing this home with us and family.

This Meiselman was reborn to provide complete relaxation, enjoyment, and comfort to our guests the moment they walk through the front door and into the Great Room (living/dining/kitchen). This room is big and bright and completely opens out to a private backyard oasis which beckons our guests to swim, sun bath, BBQ, entertain or simply relax with a book or newspaper while taking in the breathtaking views of the San Jacinto mountains. And that is not all! Located in the Sunrise Park neighborhood, this Meiselman is within minutes of everything Palm Springs: the historic downtown walking area, restaurants, shows, casinos, night clubs, movies, The Tram, the airport, hiking, tennis, golf, grocery shopping, “pamper-me-shopping”, pedicures and manicures, the mineral baths, weight lifting gyms, running, biking, or just walking through the safe retro mid-century modern streets filled with the residential architecture of the iconic master builders; Alexander, Meiselman, and Wexler.
