About Andrew Beal
Originally built in 1901 as a summer home, my parents acquired and renovated the house into a full season home for their family of 4 boys(I'm the youngest). We grew up here, and kept it in the family when my mom passed away in 2005, wanting to continue to enjoy it's tranquility and share it with others.
Andrew Beal purchased this Farmhouse in 1967

Another great farmhouse stay
Getting together three families takes finding the right place. This comfy house and scenic hillside always fit the bill for us. Our fifth stay was as great as the first. Thanks Beal family for letting us share it with you!
Love having you back again!
Great NH experience
Great family place
Quintessential New England Farmhouse
This farmhouse in Jackson is the perfect place to spend good old fashioned quality time with friends and loved ones. We enjoyed watching the sunset alongside views of Black Mountain while sitting around the outdoor fireplace before retiring around the cozy living room fireplace to play board games. This old house is loaded with character and charm. We'll be dreaming of coming back until next time.
It would be great to have you back again!
Rustic unique farmhouse for family fun
We love this house, fourth time we have stayed and every time we just love it more. Thanks for keeping it up and renting it out so we can enjoy it and the charm your family gives it!
perfect for us and our 3 children 5 and under!
We loved your home! It was rustic feeling like one would imagine from an old farmhouse but at the same time cosy and comfortable! I loved looking at all of the watercolors and wondering how the painter managed to make them so beautifully. All of the art books, children's books, toys, balls, and even art supplies for the kids to us (and me too), made this a wonderful place to stay, relax, be creative, go outside and pick a bouquet of flowers from the field with the kids, look at frogs and chipmunks up close and just be happy together!
My husband created wonderful meals in the kitchen and on the grill ( we never grill at home) and we sat at the big kitchen table and played games after dinner!
There was no need for an air conditioner we noticed because it cooled off every evening and made sleep comfortable for all of us.
I like to think the house is happy for all the children it hears running up and down the stairs and halls now when I look at the portraits of the 4 blonde boys going up the staircase. They must have made this a happy and rambunctious home (kind of like our house with 3 little kids)!
Thank you for sharing your home with us. I loved every minute of it and will forever remember the breathtaking watercolors in each room!
