This was a great VRBO experience, all we would have hoped for. Judy is an excellent host who is very welcoming an informative. The home was beautiful and well stocked with all the essentials you need. Judy was very attentive even responding back to us on behalf of the lobster fisherman. This is a VRBO I would highly recommend. Our third one on this trip and the best by far. The others should take lessons from
Judy. We hope to return. Thanks for opening your lovely home for us to enjoy!
Wow, I really appreciate this lovely review.......we did have a little issue, which I jumped on and quickly corrected. They were great too!
When we arrived we were greeted by Judy , the owner. She was very pleasant & made us feel very welcomed. The is situated on Frenchman’s Bay. What a view from the living room & bedroom. The sunrise each morning was just beautiful. The house was very comfortable & had everything you needed to have an enjoyable stay. We would definitely stay here again.
Great people too!
Very Quiet Retreat
We slept well in this super quiet inlet. With no traffic noise and very little else around to disturb the peace and quiet. The house is part of a paircJudy owns with a small yard separating. Ideal set up for those vacationing in a group by the way. The interior is better than the pictures show I think. Hancock is super secluded but be prepared to travel for amenities a bit. Not much going on in the cove, perfect to watch moon rises and sun rises. We saw a pair of loons, but no seals. We had unseasonably warm weather. Traveled a lot and enjoyed most of all Babe and his wonderful lobster. He was absolutely great! You can see him leave daily which is quite fun.
Wonderful people too!
Beautiful house, well stocked, very quiet neighborhood, very relaxing. Get there before dark the first day because it’s way out there which is perfect. Owner is very responsive and informative and gave us some good ideas of places to eat which were great. We would stay here again!
Great people.....thanks for this lovely review....
Hancock Point Stay
We just spent 4 wonderful September days and nights at Judy’s property in Hancock, ME. The house was very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable. Judy met us upon arrival and explained all the procedures and provided us with a list of suggested restaurants and places to visit. We hit a lot of them during our stay and enjoyed them all. We loved our campfires each evening looking out over the beautiful water. We were blessed with a full moon one night reflecting on the water which was just perfect. The setting at the Hancock House was very peaceful and serene-just what we were looking for and perfect for the four of us. Visits to Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park were close by, and our weather was great. We had delicious lobster lunches and dinners every day. All in all, a great place to stay to enjoy the beautiful scenery of Maine!
My goal is to have happy guests who have a wonderful time and find my place a great place to stay. I work hard to achieve that goal. I'm so glad you so thoroughly enjoyed my place......
Ps they were great people!
