This corner suite located on the 7th floor in a secured building accessed by FOB and only access to your floor. The building has a full gym and patio located on the 4th floor. The unit is located on the corner of Robson and Seymour, in the heart of Yaletown/Downtown and walking distance to Pacific Centre, steps to Robson Street, the Theatres and Clubs. David Lam Park and Seawall are 9 blocks away. Short walk to Yaletown's Trendy cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Starbucks, Blenz's and the local transit is less than1 minute from the front door, the Vancouver City Centre Skytrain station is 2 very short blocks away within a 5 minute walk that will take you to the Airport. It's also an easy stroll to catch the Aquabus to Granville Island for fresh food shopping at the public market. For your comfort the unit also has a portable air conditioning unit.

What makes this condo unique

Check-in time is 4PM and check-out time is 10AM, however, we try our best to accommodate all of our guests requests. $75.00 cleaning fee per stay. Included use of the secured underground garage. Daily and weekly rates are based on 2 persons, additional guests pays $25.00. One guest must be over the age of 25.

Will Stay Here Again and Again!

Great location, cute and clean condo, and a LOVELY host! This was our third stay at Edgars condo and will not be our last. The communication with Edgar was top notch. Edgar gave us tips on restaurants and activities in the area. Edgar feels like family and always makes sure that we are happy. The accommodations are great and the location is incredible, right in the heart of downtown! The well-equipped kitchen made it easy to cook meals. Parking is easy. This condo is a gem! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Vancouver. Thanks Edgar for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic location

Edgar was a great host. He met us at the condo and answered all our questions about what to see and do in Vancouver. The condo is in a great location, close to public transportation. We did not have a car and Edgar was very knowledgeable about how to get around on bus, sky train and aquabus. The condo was very comfortable and had everything we needed. It was close to a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks Edgar for a great time and a great place!

Slice of city life

Edgar was a gracious & knowledgeable host - steered us toward more than one good bet during our stay - and the building is very safe & secure. If you just want to leave your car in the heated garage, the unit is in a great locale - very international & urban - for exploring Yaletown & Gastown, but also convenient for auto trips to nearby UBC Museum of Anthropology, Vancouver Aquarium & Lynn Canyon Park.

A lovely week!

This was a very comfortable, well equipped apartment. The location was great, close to everything. Edgar was a very nice host who met us at the front door, as promised, to show us around. A lovely week!
