This corner suite located on the 7th floor in a secured building accessed by FOB and only access to your floor. The building has a full gym and patio located on the 4th floor. The unit is located on the corner of Robson and Seymour, in the heart of Yaletown/Downtown and walking distance to Pacific Centre, steps to Robson Street, the Theatres and Clubs. David Lam Park and Seawall are 9 blocks away. Short walk to Yaletown's Trendy cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Starbucks, Blenz's and the local transit is less than1 minute from the front door, the Vancouver City Centre Skytrain station is 2 very short blocks away within a 5 minute walk that will take you to the Airport. It's also an easy stroll to catch the Aquabus to Granville Island for fresh food shopping at the public market. For your comfort the unit also has a portable air conditioning unit.

What makes this condo unique

Check-in time is 4PM and check-out time is 10AM, however, we try our best to accommodate all of our guests requests. $75.00 cleaning fee per stay. Included use of the secured underground garage. Daily and weekly rates are based on 2 persons, additional guests pays $25.00. One guest must be over the age of 25 to reserve the accommodation.

Excellent rental management, clean & well equipped.

So difficult to leave!!

PERFECT location, beautiful bright corner apartment, super clean, comfortable bed, newly renovated kitchen and bathroom, good water pressure, strong wifi, balcony with a great view, helpful host! A bit noisy, we had to close the balcony door at night. Otherwise, just a wonderful stay. Highly recommended!!

A welcoming and convenient place to stay

I first have to say how welcoming and informative Edgar was upon our arrival. His advice came in very handy. The rental was also a great place to stay. Our only wish is that we should have planned to stay a few more days. We enjoyed the little bit of Vancouver that we experienced, and enough to plan on returning and staying at the same place. The rental was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

All that we promised and more!

The apartment was great for me and my son. Clean, well-located, secure, and well-stocked with all that you need to feel comfortable. Edgar could not have been more gracious of a host. The neighbourhood is where you want to be to fully optimize a stay in Vancouver - close to public transit, groceries, and lots of shopping. Would stay there again without hesitation.

Aria apartment

We have stayed in this apartment several times and have always had an enjoyable stay. The apartment is well located on the corner of Seymour and Robson . Restaurants and shopping centres are located close by.. Edgar 's apartment is very clean and comes with all amenities. I would highly recommend it to everyone.

Great apartment, perfect location

The apartment was lovely and exactly as described. Met by our very helpful host Edgar at the door and he provided us with lots of helpful information about the city. The apartment was well fitted out with everything we needed (almost as there wasn't a kettle for us tea drinkers, but we got around that easily enough). Would thoroughly recommend for a couple looking to stay in Vancouver.
