This corner suite located on the 7th floor in a secured building accessed by FOB and only access to your floor. The building has a full gym and patio located on the 4th floor. The unit is located on the corner of Robson and Seymour, in the heart of Yaletown/Downtown and walking distance to Pacific Centre, steps to Robson Street, the Theatres and Clubs. David Lam Park and Seawall are 9 blocks away. Short walk to Yaletown's Trendy cafes, restaurants and boutique shops. Starbucks, Blenz's and the local transit is less than1 minute from the front door, the Vancouver City Centre Skytrain station is 2 very short blocks away within a 5 minute walk that will take you to the Airport. It's also an easy stroll to catch the Aquabus to Granville Island for fresh food shopping at the public market. For your comfort the unit also has a portable air conditioning unit.

What makes this condo unique

Check-in time is 4PM and check-out time is 10AM, however, we try our best to accommodate all of our guests requests. $75.00 cleaning fee per stay. Included use of the secured underground garage. Daily and weekly rates are based on 2 persons, additional guests pays $25.00. One guest must be over the age of 25 to reserve the accommodation.

Great centrally located condo in downtown Vancouver

We really enjoyed our stay in Vancouver. Our host, Edgar, was incredibly helpful, sharing his time and knowledge with us generously. This condo is perfectly located, and we were able to explore much of the city by walking.

A fantastic well equipped property centrally located for everything

This is a beautiful property. It is definitely a home from home, equipped with everything you could need for a short stay in the city...and more.

The location is ideal for walking and for public transport.

The owner Edgar is a gem. He met us a the property and after showing us in, took time to give us information on things to do in the area. He provided an extensive detailed list of restaurants.

If I'm ever back in Vancouver I will definitely stay here.

Perfect central location with comfort

Our stay was perfect. The apartment is perfectly located within walking distance to anywhere in the city. The apartment is really nice and has everything you need for your stay. It was so nice not going back to a hotel and Edgar is super helpful and does a great job managing this property. We will rent this place for our next trip to Vancouver

Wonderful view, wonderful property, I am coming back!

This place was fantastic. Loved the secured parking garage, easy walkability to everything, great deck and view, wonderful comfortable bed, and fully stocked kitchen. I had a great time and I am already planning my next trip back.

Great location. Everything you need and more.

This is a great condo for access to everything you could want in Vancouver. The Canada Line is just around the corner down the block, Expo and Millennium line a little further. We stayed here for pre-Christmas fun and could easily get to Stanley Park, Granville Island, Gastown, Canada Place and more. If you want to do shopping, you can't really beat the location. Also, tons of restaurants nearby. Edgar was very nice to deal with and can provide guests with plenty of information on the area if needed. Condo is very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect condo, Perfect location

We have never experienced a better host than Edgar. He met us at the condo, and didn't leave until we assured him we were ready to be on our own. The condo is very clean, nicely furnished, and in a perfect location in Downtown Vancouver. We never used our car except for longer day trips. Vancouver is a lovely "walking" city and everyone is so friendly! Thanks again Edgar. We will be back soon. Kevin and Cheryl
