Clean home with 5br / 5 Baths (sleeps 12), elevator, private pool (can be heated in cooler months for an additional fee). Master suite at top of house with exceptional views from top floor deck. Fully appointed kitchen, linens provided for bedrooms (sheets, towels). 80ft walk from back of house to ocean. Under house parking. Great home for family vacation, all bedrooms have there own bathrooms. Open floorplan with kitchen, dining, and family room on 1st floor, accessible by elevator.

Great Vacation!!!

Prime Time is a great house for a family vacation...we have stayed there several times over the years, this being the first time with these owners. I did not have any problems with the house which I felt the need to call, A/C did great. There are small cleaning issues with any rental, nothing major. We absolutely loved the house an had a wonderful week there, the only bad part was having to leave. I would highly recommend this house (unless of course it is during a week I want to rent it :))

True dream vacation!

This house was perfect. Plenty of room for 8 women to spend a full week and not want to choke one another! Heated pool, uncrowded beach, huge deck, elevator, kayak, outdoor grill area, open floor plan...and much more.

All this while living the "island life" We rented a golf cart and were able to use it for all on island transportation. Highly recommend Eddy Teaches for tasty oysters, cold adult beverages, and live music.

Had no problems being able to contact the property manager. Only had one issue and it was handled promptly.

The house was great, the property manager, however, needs to find a new line of work. He didn't answer any of our attempts to get in touch with him. He only called us after we threatened to ask for our deposit to be returned. Like I said, the house was fantastic but the air conditioning stopped working the last two days we were there. Called the number given for any problems with the house for two days and left voice mail messages but got no help at all. We could only be greatful that we were there in Oct. and Nov. instead of July or Aug.

Owner's Response: Guests had access to management company phone, my personal cell phone, management company email address, my personal email, all lines of communication lead to my personal phone. The first message I rec'd was at 10:13am Sat, ac subcontractor was called at 10:22am, guest was notified at 10:23am. Next call that reached me was at 10:30pm Saturday night stating the AC guy had not shown up, guest vacated the home at 9am on Sunday (Scheduled departure time) to head home. Top floor AC was working fine, lower floor ac unit had a capacitor go out, unit was repaired and functioning by noon on Sunday. Hottest temperature on Saturday was 80, with a cool breeze blowing off of the ocean, 60's at night. Checked all message locations, no message was found requesting deposit back. Total down time of AC unit was 22.5 hours, 20 of those hours the temp was at or below 74 degrees. House is beautiful, ocean and beach are exceptional, weather was phenomenal for the week. Maintenance issues arise at beach homes on a regular basis, most repairs can be resolved in a matter of hours, AC repair is driven by available parts, availability of subcontractors, and warranty/repair contracts. Unfortunately this is out of the direct control of the management company. Some guests simply cannot be pleased, try as we may. :)

Great house and location

This is a great house and perfect location on the beach. I did have a difficult time contacting the owner as stated in other reviews. I tried for 2011 without luck and then was persistent and finally had a response and was able to rent it for 2012. When the AC was not working on arrival I was very concerned, but the owner responded and it was repaired that day.

The kitchen is well equipped for large groups and had large pots and pans and downstairs fridge is a must for our group. All of the rooms were very nice as well as the bathrooms. I would have liked better sheets and towels. In fact one bed had no mattress pad or pillow cases on some of the pillows. The sheets were old and did not fit the beds well. A new washer and dryer was well used.

The upper master bedroom and bath is fantastic and was the perfect place for our daughter's family with a new baby sleeping in the attached bed room. The views are fantastic from both porches.

The porch and pool furniture seemed new and plenty of seeting for everyone.

We put the kayak to good use. All of the adults enjoyed using it and seeing how close we could get to the dolphins.

The house is great and again a perfect location, close to town and not a crowded beach. The only downside is trying to contact the owner in order to rent it.

Amazing Location. Sloopy Finishes.

Overall this is a great house. The upstairs is giant featuring a HUGE bathroom, double sinks, huge tub, huge glass shower and toliet has its own door. There is a king bed, a lounge area with seating, TV and mini-fridge. The deck is AMAZING, beautiful views and breeze. The extra room is small, but worked for our 9 month old. It has a twin bed, with a bunch of closets & a small window. There were 2 doorways but one didn't have a door and the other opened to the master. It was a pain when the baby was sleeping and things got loud downstairs. The first floor was nice. The main room was large and open. Every bed room had their own bath (they only had showers, no tubs). The bedrooms on the back (beach facing) had sliding doors that opened to the deck over looking the beach. A bedroom down stair had a wooden crib with small round slates, a drop-down gate, it looked a little unsafe and older so we used our pack-n-play crib. (Also, we were upstairs, not sure it would move well). The high-chair worked great. It is sturdy, plastic, large and small tray with a seat belt. The kitchen was nice, really well equipped to cook large meals. The elevator worked for bringing everything up. The pool was perfect got a lot of shade as the day wore on - completely covered by 7pm. The kayak was an awesome addition to the trip - got to see lots of dolphin, sea turtles, jelly fish & fish out in the ocean

The Bad:

Upstairs bathroom: TP holder broke, the shower faucet was horrible - it was either burning or freezing

Downstairs bathroom: counters were really high, almost all the TP holders broke/fell off, shower heads all kinda weak. Also, the only shelf in the showers, was the window ledge, well out of reach of most children and some adults. The only communal bathroom should be the room with the bunkbeds.

And the outdoor shower has no drain and the water pools.

Kitchen: counters & upper cabinets really high

Grill - there is only one on car port level, is charcoal on stone base with 2 small grates. doesn't cook much, hard to start, impossible on windy days/nights

Deck - sliding doors hard to open - kind of a pain. Also, boardwalk and painting needs to be redone.

AC wasn't working when we showed up, took tlll next day to figure out it was broken. Reach owner via email (no answer phone) fixed that day.

Both fridges (2nd outside in 'panic room') didn't keep things super cold - especially the one outside in storage room.

All TVs are old-no flat panel & no batteries in the remotes.
