Hello! My name is Nausicaa. I love traveling and meeting people of other nationalities. I like to meet my guests and help them discover my beautiful city. Having traveled a lot I learned to appreciate the availability of people from other countries when I needed suggestions or information. Also for this I am always available and ready to provide information and assistance to make the holiday of the people who choose to stay at home alone. Every trip is part of me and I want a trip to Rome to become unforgettable for everyone. I hope to see you soon!
Nausicaa purchased this Apartment in 2009

Heart of it all
As they say... location , location, location. Really quiet for an apartment in the heart of Rome. It met our needs. We are a family of four and it was perfectly fine. If you live in a large home you will probably find it small, but if you are used to living in a densely populated urban area you will be fine. There are a couple of small groceries stores near by and some cafes and Gelaterias. It was nice to be able to go to a store and grab some food instead of spending exorbitant amounts of money at a restaurant for every meal. I like the Conads which was about a 1/2 mile away.
It is close enough to the Coliseum that you can see it at the end of the street, but far enough away you can get a shot of espresso at a nearby bar for a euro. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. The WiFi was a bit spotty at times but for the most part it was reliable.
There was easy access to bus lines and within walking distance to the Coloseum. We also found the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps close enough to walk to, as we did alot of walking. We even walked back from the Vatican one day. The best way to see Rome is to just wander around anyways.
Fabio met us at the apartment and it was an easy check in process. The owner was also communicative and answered messages promptly.
We liked the place enough that if we traveled to Rome again, we talked about staying in the same place.
A Touch of Rome
Great dealing with the owner. She worked really well with us even when our flight was canceled which delayed our arrival. The Apartment served the purpose. There was some really good restaurants very close. Also a Gelato place that was awesome. Our experience with the local people was very pleasant. The Colosseum was a short walk. To other sights like the Pantheon and Trevi Fountain is about a 20 to 25 min. Walk. Taxi service and Bus service very close. I recommend this location.
Good and very convenient
Good Location. Owner very helpful.
Great! Loved the location, Nausicaa. Very close to everything you need.
Warm welcome and convenient location
Nausicaa’s apartment is so close to the sites and metro access. It’s quiet even though there’s a lot of car and foot traffic on the street. There are restaurants and a few small grocery stores nearby so you can buy snacks and meal essentials. The small kitchen is well stocked with whatever you’d need to make a simple meal and her wifi access was the best of the six apartments we’ve rented in Europe over the last six years! Thank you, Nausicaa!
This was a great apartment for my daughter and me for our spring-trip to Rome. The place is more than big enough for 2 people, but could easily fit 4 with 2 king size beds and a sleeper-sofa.
It was wonderfully quiet as the apartment faces the courtyard, and not the street. Even though the place was a little worn, it was clean and well equipped. We felt very welcome. Nausicaa had set out a bottle of wine, there was a supply of tea and coffee, there were crisply clean bed-sheets and towels and the bathroom was clean and functional. However, the glass shower wall is a little close to the side wall leaving a narrow opening to get in and out of the shower, so if one is on the bigger side, that might be a problem.
The apartment was perfect for getting out and exploring Rome, literally 5 minutes to walk to the Colosseum, the Roman Forum, the Metro, buses to various destinations and a huge selection of restaurants and coffee shops, mini markets and such. All in all, it was a great base for our visit to Rome and we would definitely stay there again in a heart-beat :-) Grazie mille.
The house is at 400mt from Colosseum, 800meters from Circus maximums, 200mt from domus aurea etc... It's allocated in historical area. The apt is completely new with Internet wifi, TV sat, DVD, stereo, dishwashers, washing machines and air conditioned. We can offer you a limo service from and to airport.
